I just looked up the current senate composition by age. Eight of the ten eldest Senators are Republican. Only DiFi and Leahy break into that list. Grassley and Hatch are among them. Old white conservative men from rural states hold an inordinate amount of power in the Senate. But Dems are ‘out of touch’?
I don’t even know, I can’t remember what I just wrote … I think I’m saying that Comey was being a total drama queen and breathlessly talking about how hard the ordeal has been on him personally. “Mildly Nauseous” is now the meme on Comey.
He’s looking ridiculous in explaining his decision making processes. Realizing now nothing will happen. His reasons for his 2nd shot at Clinton appear more as excuses than reasons. Really deflating. He’s looking more and more like a stooge.
So Clinton, having been put through the ringer, was exonerated.
But hey, we have this new data, she might be guilty even though we have already investigated her.
Where’s the presumption of innocence six days before the election? Where is the situational awareness? Comey is on a very thin branch when he says he gave higher priority to the FBI’s need for public trust in their office over not influencing the presidential election.
Frankly, it doesn’t pass the sniff test at all. I’m a Democrat, but this should frighten people about the precedent it sets for future elections
And all the drama, where is the high pitch and weird scream talking coming from? He’s having a discussion with two doors one labeled Speak, the other Conceal? Huh? He’s mildly nauseous, it’s been incredibly painful to him? What? This is about James Comey’s journey?
What a complete moral gnat.

[/quote]Terrified, it’ll be worst next time because they know they can get away with it.
I’m also really concerned about the Trump Russia investigations.
Well, if she was say 62 instead of 102 she might have asked those questions. And to go from watching Grassley to watching Feinstein was depressing on so many levels.
