Blocking vehicular or pedestrian traffic, blocking building entrances, physically harassing others

Unless of course all the above is in relation to a protest outside an abortion clinic. All of it is OK in that case. Legally.

I favor legal demonstrations on his home street, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

“The proposed bill would allow police to charge protesters who “block transportation and commerce, cause property damage, threaten jobs and put public safety at risk” with a class C felony.”

Of course. After all, it’s aimed at those naughty naughty uppity minorities and a misdemeanor wouldn’t be sufficient to take away their right to vote.

“In some of the strictest states, more than 20 percent of the African American population is disenfranchised, the report found.”

Guess where those are…(there’s a map in the article)…

Indeed. Of course, make that Tyrone Biggums and friends, and he’d be sentenced to 5-20 and lose the right to vote or carry a weapon.

This is a big issue for Trump supporters. Apparently it is OK for the Tea Party to protest, hell, they even get to threaten 2nd amendment remedies, but it isn’t OK for progressives to protest. If the protests are peaceful, they are perfectly legal.

Think the protests are bad now wait until senior citizens get word that medicare and social security are in Ryan’s cross hairs. Of course that won’t happen until we tell them. The media simply isn’t going to do the job.

Because we are the party that holds the constitution sacrosanct. Please move over there into the specially designated protest zone.

Good call. I myself was going to point that tremendous disruption to local business that is already happening in New York around Trump Tower as the Secret Service takes the necessary steps to accomondate a sitting President taking up residence there.

The scary part is that he wants to use the term "economic terrorism . Because once you get someone labeled a terrorists, then the whole PATRIOT Act gets to kick in and Constitutional rights are thrown out the window.

And there go his prospects for holding a job and supporting his family with that on his record.

The article says seven more Bundy goons face trial in February.

Of course, that overlooks the full Presidential pardons coming January 20 at 12:01 PM EST.

(Followed swiftly by Joe Arpaio’s.)

I saw yesterday that another Red state legislator is proposing a bill dubbed “suck it up, buttercup” that would cut funding to state universities that tolerate anti-Trump protests.

Which reminds me: I wonder what position in the Trump administration Arpaio will be taking?

Oh, the MSM WILL tell them, but it will do it by reading the press releases from Paul Ryan touting the; “Medicare Re-Investment Bill” and “Social-Security Rescue Bill”, which will of course turn over Medicare to the Insurance companies and the entire $1.9 Trillion SS fund to Wall Street Bankers.
Just think of the juicy $$$ job awaiting Ryan on Wall Street when he resigns the day after OberFuhrer Trump signs those bills into law.

I saw that. I also saw a story at HuffPo yesterday about college protests that are aimed at forcing the administrations of the schools to declare the schools as safe zones, asylum places for people who are being abused.

The Trump people have expressed nothing but contempt for the 1st amendment all the way through this so one wonders what all they have in mind.

And what about that crazy pro-Trump sheriff who said protesters should be punished for violating the “will of the people”?
