Discussion: WaPo: Trump Considering Letting Russia Return To 2 US Diplomatic Compounds

Of course Trump wants to give Putinā€™s US spy compounds back to him. Trump will need Putinā€™s espionage help on-site to hack the special prosecutor, independent counsel, impeachment proceedings, protesters, etc.

After all, Trump canā€™t use the US intelligence agencies to do it for him. They might leak or testify against him. He needs to use the Russian ā€˜Deep Stateā€™ instead.

the only thing shocking in this report to me is that they arenā€™t requiring the offices to be reopened in one of Trumpā€™s buildings.

Since the so-called ā€œback channelā€ fell through at the Russian embassy, they need another site to establish those special chummy relations. And it appears these are lavish enough compounds to make Jared and Donnie feel right at home.

And thereā€™s the added attraction of this being yet ANOTHER Obama action that Donnie gets to overturn.

I really donā€™t think there is any mystery anymore. The Russians have compromising information/pictures/video/audio of Trump AND they have their hooks in him so deep financially they could ruin him if they withdraw support.

There is simply no other explanation for his behavior.

The only thing we donā€™t know yet are the specifics of his deviancy or the details of the financial arrangements.

Donnie promised to give the spies their mansions back when he was on a high thinking his obstruction of justice had succeeded. Good luck with that.

Returning the mansions sure looks like aid and comfort.

The fact the Russian Embassy demanded unconditional return via Twitter, threatening consequences in the other case----totally irrelevant.

ā€œNow if I were a Russian agent, would I dare make such a bold public move to restore the Russian spiesā€™ infrastructure? Of course not! So I will open them immediately, to prove I am not a Russian asset.ā€

Hell, heā€™ll probably give them a room or two in the White House, like the ones his wife and son arenā€™t using.

Just part of the quid for the quo.

RUSSIA AGAIN!

Why?

Speculation. It APPEARS that way, but we need absolute proof.

Meanwhile, at the same time as they float this notion, Russia is moving more troops into the Kuril island chain (a series of island that Japan and Russia have been disputing ownership of since the end of WWII). And has quietly been building up troops along the North Korean border.

ā€œThe Trump administration is considering allowing Russian officials to return to two diplomatic compounds in New York and Maryland.ā€
ā€œThe Obama administration directed Russians to leave the compounds in December 2016 and said that Russia had used the compounds for spying.ā€

I know the official and perhaps ā€œproperā€ way is to refer to these as two ā€œdiplomatic compounds.ā€ But, they were spy houses. And hopefully the media will indicate and repeat that Trump is letting the Russians back into their Russian Spy Houses right here in the United States to go back to conducting their business.

Honest question here: Has the Trump administration confirmed or denied the fact that Russia meddled in our election? I honestly canā€™t remember their official stance on that, if there is one.

I ask because, treating things at face value, it would seem they would need some rationale to justify reopening friendly relations with Russia after their interference in our election.

Of course I think we really know whatā€™s happening here. But for the administrationā€™s necessary plausible deniability, what will be their excuse on this one? Will they even bother with one?
