No doubt. This was kind of a moronic decision. Not only did he destroy his political career, he’s destroyed his daughter’s as well. Nobody is going to want to to appoint her to anything or approve her appointment for fear of appearing to be involved in this scandal. He screwed himself, but nearly as bad as he screwed over the people of VA.
