Most of those countries are majority non-white. They may not have an extradition treaty but I bet quite a few of them would be all to happy to turn his ass over to the American authorities anyway.
Couple of points on this:

Some press reports indicate that the MAGA crowds are big fans of Junior. Trump gave a grudging acknowledgement that he has connected with MAGA nation. (This says a lot about MAGA land btw). Part of this is Trumpās jealous streak and need to dominate. So when he had a chance to puncture Juniorās bubble, he did.
