Moron Al Gore chose not to fight.
Just off the top of my head, now that a lot of us are doing electronic voting, just because I touch the button that says Donald Trump doesn’t mean it registered for Donald Trump."
THAT AIN’T WHERE YA PULLED IT FROM, YA TWO-BIT HACK!!!
BREAKING NEWS! Trump surrogate suggests that his candidate won primaries as a result of cybercrime!
Trump Yutz: “Al Gore chose to fight George W. Bush in 2000.”
Um…pretty sure SCOTUS decided Bush v. Gore.
Not Gore v. Bush.
It was the Republicans who filed the frivolous lawsuit.
And the Jeffrey Lord said, “Let there be voter fraud, let their be a virtual poll tax, let Trump win by any means, and let those spiteful women Trump assaulted bow down to our Trump, let us be thankful for his stubby fingers, his his great greatness, and let us deliver golden offerings to his shining radiance of bigly greatness. Thou shall not have any other god but Trump. So let it be written, so let it be undone!”
My recollection from years ago was there was lots of howling from the left about how the Diebold voting machines could be hacked and the president of the company was a republican.
… how DARE you bring logic and FACTS to this clusterf*ck???
SHAME on you, sir!!!..
There’s only one step left in this dance - Individual voters are being hacked through their dental work.
Trump defiantly states that it’s Hillary who’s been doing the hacking of late (cough, cough).
He’s a prime LOON.
I hate to agree with a Trump surrogate with anything more complex than the color of the sky, but the simple fact is that security researchers have generally not been able to access these machines or the source code, and the few times they have, significant problems have been found. Physical access to ports on the machine frequently means arbitrary code can be executed, replacing or modifying software or data. Generally individual votes are not recorded, just a running total, meaning that there’s no paper record for a recount. You just get the total reported by the machine at the end of the day. There’s no way to check if the devices are programmed to introduce a bias (adding votes, arbitrarily flipping votes, whatever).
Note that I do not think that these things are happening. But device manufacturers and developers, or individuals with access to the machines modifying the results to favor their candidate of choice is absolutely possible. The current generation of electronic voting machines is a joke, security wise.
These things are indeed possible. But with current polling, Occam’s razor holds. Hacking will not be the reason Hillary wins. (And yeah, I’d love to see better, more secure voting machines, or even worse, more secure machines. But that would require republican-controlled state legislatures to cooperate.)
Most of the electronic voting machines without paper validation are manufactured by Diebold, who also make lots of the ATMs out there. Diebold’s software source code is proprietary - it is not available for auditing by computer security experts. Diebold is known to, shall we say, lean to the right. The machines can be hacked, but hacking a large number of voting machines is difficult as one would have to visit each and every voting machine. However, the software on the machines is the same everywhere. So if there is voter fraud at the voting machine level, it’s much more likely to be in favor of republicans than democrats.
No, Mr. Lord, there is ZERO evidence of voter fraud. Voter registration fraud? Very often, it’s a Republican, e.g., Anne Coulter. He is a worthless excuse for a political commentator; yet another reason I avoid watching CNN whenever possible. Piss off, little man, he’s going to lose, and it won’t be by a narrow margin.
I lived in Ohio during 2004 election, and there were reports of some suspicious changes in tallies attributed to the Diebold machines, as well as significant discrepancies in Cleveland between the tallies and exit poles.
Now, Trump warning of hacks by Democrats before the election reinforces the general agreement that these machines are secure, creating cover for hacking by the Republicans.
Were that so, it would be hacking BY the Russians and FOR Trump.

If anyone is attempting to hack voting machines and/or returns, it’ll be pro-Trump Russians or state-level pro-Trump Republican Secretaries of State.
Now there trying to keep folks from voting b/c the machines are hacked, the elections rigged are hacked so their votes wont count…
These fuckers will stop at nothing…
