So this happened today in response. The question is does Trump know or care? Sounds like there will be a meeting of the UN Security Council tomorrow but it does not have much sway over North Korea. Note the seriousness of Haley and Tillerson compared to Trump’s tweet.

According to the Times story No. Korea’s missiles can reach Alaska and Hawaii but reaching the mainland will be very hard even with their advanced technology. Strange, AK and HI last to be admitted to the union, first to be obliterated. trumPP will treat this threat as a pissing contest.

It is a horrific war on the Korean Peninsula that worries me. We could get dragged into it. Xi and Putin’s borders are closer and they could get dragged into it too. I cannot imagine that either of those leaders want war so close. Cooler heads are definitely needed.

This statement is not believable. Trump does not have the attention span to deal with this.
