In the first version of this article that appeared on the WaPo website last night, there was a quote from an anonymous White House staff person who refused to be identified because the Dorsey-Trump conversation was a “private conversation.” I am sure not a single Republican Senator or House person will say anything about this, but how the F is a conversation in the White House, between the President and any CEO, a “private conversation.” The President then tweeted about the meeting. However, in this updated version of the WaPo article. The White House did not respond to any inquiries.

I think Transparency should be a major issue in the 2020 Presidential, Senate and House Campaigns. The Republican Party only believes in Congressional Oversight when there is a Democratic President. The President’s meetings at the White House to lobby the FBI director to obstruct justice and his meetings with the Twitter CEO are “private conversations.” We could even throw in GWB’s deletion of his entire 8 year Administration’s emails. .
