This situation, while leaving us at a loss for words, teaches the need to focus our outrage. Do everything we can to get the vote out.
And the check is in the mail, and I love you, and I promiseâŚ
Well, you know the rest.
So either trump is Barney Fife on steroids, or, heâs lying.
Trump is so remarkably self-centered that he believes we are all more stupid than he is. The âstable geniusâ is quite the monumental amoral jackass. Tolerant of the murderers who pay him to be willfully ignorant, because all that matters to him is wealth. Trump is just another word for Corrupt. He will go down in history as the toxic nadir of American politics.
The GOPs racist Frankenstein Monster. They helped create him.
Of course he believes the bone saw fight club explanation â if a wooden nickle worth of gain is involved, heâll believe anything they say.
No snark intended, but he already is there. We have seen nothing like this level of amorality and open corruption in American politics in our entire history.
From a moral standpoint, he has also taken down the GOP, who are willing accomplices to his depravity. Oh sure Lindsey Graham is caterwauling now, but that wonât last, not against The Turtleâs equally corrupt silence.
From the beginning, Donald Trump has been more con artist than businessman.
Now heâs just an embarrassment. He doesnât know anything, and he doesnât care. And Republicans in Congress canât even bother to investigate the family.
OK, I know, you must be pretty stupid to vote Trump. but even then, most of his voters must be able to see through this ?
Khashoggi murder exposes Trump administrationâs dependency on Saudis
Itâs not just arms sales and business contacts, Trump needs Saudi Arabia to boost oil production when Iran sanctions kick in and to fund US plans for Syria
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/oct/21/khashoggi-exposes-trump-administrations-de
âŚ
Without a compensating increase in oil supply from other oil suppliers, Saudi Arabia foremost, the sanctions that go into effect on 4 November will produce a spike in oil prices just ahead of the finely balanced midterm elections.
âIf they are going to squeeze Iran with new sanctions next month they need the Saudis to fill the gap on world markets,â said Bruce Riedel, a former senior CIA official who is now director of the Intelligence Project at the Brookings Institution in Washington. âIf the Saudis are slow or hesitant about filling the gap, oil prices will go up and the the president will be in trouble economically. Nothing makes Americans more riled than going to the pump with prices going up especially as we approach the holiday season.â
But Donald appears to retract now

The only explanation for the completely unnecessary brutality during the murder, must be to send a message to other dissidents âYou will die and you will die in very painful wayâ.
Conveniently situationally gullible. What a putz.
âŚjust love the little self-portrait The Orange Pretender has of himself on the desk there, some humor is best left subtle.
Guns and knives are SO yesterday.
Leave it to the Arabs to bring a bone saw to a fist fightâŚ
tRump says the explanation is credible.
IMO for this to be credible they would have to produce an intact body⌠even if all the Kings horsemen and all the Kings men work on this for a while I think even tRump would have to agree itâs not a credible explanation. NB this assumes the narrative that most believe to be true.
Saudi Arabia is using the Maxwell Smart line of would you believe? Their latest version:
The latest account, provided by a Saudi official who requested anonymity, includes details on how the team of 15 Saudi nationals sent to confront Khashoggi on Oct. 2 had threatened him with being drugged and kidnapped and then killed him in a chokehold when he resisted.
I really like the Guardian, but I think they neglect to mention the Saudis may be unable to match the 12 million barrels a day they once achieved. Their oldest and largest oil field Ghawar was able to achieve the record level of production by using seawater to force the oil out:
The operators stimulate production by waterflooding, using seawater at a rate said to be around 7 million gal./day.[11] Water flooding is said to have begun in 1965.[12] The water cut was about 32% in 2003, and ranged from about 27% to 38% from 1993 to 2003.[13] By 2006, North Uthmaniyahâs water cut was about 46%.
They have to be reaching close to 50% now. They have to separate the oil and water once out of the ground. Their second largest oil field, Khurais, is also using sea water to force the oil to the surface to the tune of 5mb per day. This water also has to be separated from the oil when it reaches the surface.
In the diplomatic cables that leaked in 2011, a Saudi oil official warned the US that Saudi Arabia may be overstating their reserves by as much as forty percent.
I believe that is the reason that they are no longer talking about the worldâs largest oil company IPO. They would have to divulge information that they do not want to in order to conform with listing rules.
If it wasnât for sea water, Saudi Arabia would be in a world of hurt. To hurt their production, one would only have to sabotage the seawater intake facilities far from the oil fields.
A look at their oil operations at Khurais:

The Guardian account is harrowing - I cannot see any good reason to doubt a word of it.
The Donald has been trumped by the evil behaviour of a Saudi princeling to whom he and Kushner hitched their wagon. The POTUS found a soul mate, who appeared to be every bit as greedy and unscrupulous, and filled with a sense of entitlement mimicking the Donaldâs own.
Now the Donald flaps, then he flips, and then he flaps and flips once again. We will be told - the closer it comes to the Donald - that everyone has failed him, Kushner and even Pompeo will find themselves in the firing line.
The US electorate doesnât need a bone cutter, they simply need to go out and cast their votes in favour of the very minimum that human decency demands of public life.
If the Saudis produced a dead sheep and swore it was Khashoggi, and Trump declared the investigation over, his voting sheep would believe it and attack anyone who said otherwise.
Trump would almost certainly believe that it was suicide if that was the explanation offered. (Khashoggi committed suicide, then cut himself up with a bone saw, and removed his remains from the embassy . . . all by himself, just to make the Saudi prince look bad. It makes perfect sense in Trump world.)
Thank goodness! When a person is fucking stupid enough to believe something like that excuse, then I know I have finally found a rube who is stupid enough to buy that $847M Infrastructure Week cantilever bridge Iâve been trying to unload forever!
