I am pretty sure that’s what “monitoring the situation” means. Drooling over the insurance cash in.
Oh, lordy, thanks for that! It is hilarious!
Nope, not at all.
I think they should shout it from the rafters.
I just don’t expect anything to change with his supporters.
And Trump doesn’t need any embolding. He’s gonna do what he’s gonna do; his supporters will support him; we will all continue to bitch about it; the sun will come up tomorrow.
It’ll be interesting to see how he claims loss of income from his insurance carrier - or from the government - during the time Mar-A-Lago is closed for clean-up and repairs. I doubt that there will be much detail as to who would have been spending how much during any down time.
When he says he’s “monitoring the situation” I see him in a bathrobe, watching CNN and stuffing his face. But yep, other people’s money, that’s what our boy is about. Money you didn’t earn. Money you screwed someone to get. I swear he got the adjuster to approve a $17 million payout for three or four million in kickback form. Couldn’t be anything else.
Thank you for the grammar lesson. I know better but get excited sometimes during hurricanes.
On behalf of the nation, I’d like to implore Trump to fly down to Mar-a-Lago tonight for a retreat this weekend.
That little meme I posted was taught to me by my sophomore high school English teacher, who was a tyrant about apostrophes and their chronic misuse. After 53 years, I still hear her in my head saying it.
Well, since Rush denies that Irma exists, he should be just fine. Hopefully, he’ll be sitting outside, enjoying the weather.
While I feel bad for all the Russian spies who will be out of work, I hope that place gets absolutely leveled, preferrably while Trump is on the golf course.
My thoughts and prayers are with trumps property
Not tonight. The storm is supposed to roll over that part of Florida around 2AM Sunday. Trump should fly down and arrive about that time.
Lighten up, Francis.
Mine was obsessed with the use of “nice”. Basically thought the word should be banned, because there is always a more descriptive word available.
They sounded nice.
If you wish to be understood clearly and without fear of misinterpretation, good grammar and punctuation is important.
I’m quite lightened up, thank you, and as a former college prof, I revert to form and continue to teach.
Feel free to ignore my comments if they bother you.
If Joe It owns a Corvette I’d say “That’s It’s Corvette.”
So.
Drumpf has been trying to dump his estate on St. Martin. Just a few days ago I read that the price had dropped. After yesterday, I’d bet it’s dropped a lot more.
He’ll have one of his attorneys file suit against the U.S. government for not addressing climate change, wanting damages. And keep a straight face doing it.
I’m seeing a 7-10 split.
