I’m certain there’s probably not one member of his cabinet that he hasn’t wanted to fire or has fired. Willing to bet he’d fire Pence too if he could. Pence probably refused to pick up a late order at McD’s for tRump.

Since the story is from Trump’s Court Stenographer Haberman I can only assume Trump himself was the source of the story.
Pence added that he and Trump “had a good laugh,” presumably about the Times report.
As the blue wave continues that “laugh” will turn into crocodile tears and then into “Don’t impeach me…It’s all Hillary and Obama’s fault.”.
This is more complicated than your average mid-week Cabinet firing.
Pence was on the ticket, I think Trump can’t fire him. But, more importantly, Pence is a Koch creature. Most of “Trump’s” administration is in reality the Koch Administration. So, legal questions aside, there’s the issue of whether the masters of the GOP will permit their useful idiot to torpedo one of their dedicated agents. I am sure Charles Koch relishes the fact that he’s got a pliant servant just a heartbeat away from the oval, and I think he would be very upset to see that endangered.
Remember how Trump suddenly grew some discipline during Kav’s confirmation? That’s because Kav is a Koch agent, and presumably some or all of Koch’s other agents put the screws to Trump somehow.
There’s obviously no real bond between Trump and Pence as there was and still is between Obama and Biden.
When you spend your entire life thinking only of yourself and loyal to nothing but your own wants, well then, you are actually correct in worrying about people’s loyalty to you because…psst…they’re not, Donald. It ain’t paranoia when it’s true.

The article points out Pence taking firmer positions on issues than Trump which surely must rankle Trump.

Preshitident Skanky-Manslut has been repeatedly told by Melanija Knav, the First Stripper, and by First Lady Iwanka Trump that Pence is dangerous and untrustworthy. They are right about that.
Ask Mr. Mueller what he has on Pence? There has always been speculation Pence may be criminally culpable in the Russia probe.

Pence knows whatever Charles Koch tells him.
A majority of all three branches are agents of Koch, either as wage-slaves or indentured servants. I’m sure they report intel to please their master. Pence is a Koch man, and his job is to end government. I have no doubt Koch shares with Pence any info that will help Pence accomplish his mission.
My only question is: is Whitaker a Koch man? How close is Koch to seeing inside the OSC?
