You would like to hear what a woman has to say, Donald? Yeah, right.

I’d like to hear more from your wife, Donald. Please put her on the campaign trail.

Then Trump needs to watch last night’s interview with Lawrence O’Donnell. Mr. Khan explained that, although she was concerned that she might break down in front of the convention crowd, his wife actually coached him in what to say. She also spoke clearly and convincingly (including praising this country and their American neighbors for their support) last night.

I would imagine there are plenty of Muslim women in NYC who would be glad to say something to The Donald…maybe he should get out of his limo one day in one of the boroughs and strike up a conversation about how he wants to have them under surveillance and prevent their relatives abroad from visiting because of their faith.

Trump is just a really bizarre and unstable guy. It’s unbelievable anyone would want him as POTUS

Yes and the first question would be if she attended the same architecture university as George Castanza…

Right Donny “Small Hands” Trump, it’s always about you and what you want.

I would ask her about growing up black in South Chicago myself.

We’d like to hear from your (3rd) wife, Donnie. Why is she scrubbing the intertubes?

This so begs for a juxtaposition of what Trump just said about My. Khan and

(a) what her husband said about her strength during Lawrence’s interview

(b) what her husband said about her support

© what SHE said

Mebbe it’ll happen

But Meanwhile, Back at the Ranch…

I suppose that Andrea Mitchell will have her own set of “balances” and “equivalences” for Donald, shortly.

I just noticed: Drumpf’s eyebrows are longer than his fingers.

“I’d like to hear his wife say something,” he told The New York Times."

I can understand why Mrs. Khan doesn’t want to speak out. But I’m hoping she makes a statement to the press and goes all Ghengis Khan on Trump’s plump and cellulite dimpled ass.

I loved watching Ghazala during the speech. She seemed so concerned, serious, and steadfast. “He’s got this !!”

Just as soon as you let your wife speak

Someone in the Trump campaign has a brain…replying to Khan directly after such a powerful moment would make Trump look even worse. Instead, he played on the stereotype that Muslim women are subservient to their husbands; while this is true in some places, it’s not here or in this specific case. Trump’s statement plays on his base’s beliefs about Muslims without insulting Khan directly. It’s about the best statement he could have come up with.

It’s total BS of course…and, it’s great that Khan and his wife are continuing to speak out. They have a powerful story of how Muslims are integrated into the fabric of the nation, which directly refutes Republican beliefs about all Muslims being terrorists just biding their time.

I think his stealth message was to suggest that the Khan’s adhere to Sharia. Regardless, one of them had to speak and the fact that a Gold Star mother chose not to should be respected, not challenged.

I’d rather Drumpf void the confidentiality agreements and let his ex-wives speak.

Trump knows from wives, he’s had so many of them.
