Vladimir Trump seems to be having trouble keeping up with his own lies. No matter. Once he gets into office, he’ll be seeing Putin once a week to get his marching orders.
That’s just one of the many lies they are going to be admitting or hiding over the course of the next few weeks regarding Russia.
The much bigger one, that they have already dug their hole on, is the claim that he does no business in Russia. Its such a patently transparent dodge that draws immediate attention to his son bragging about their portfolio taking in huge amounts of Russian money. Bloomberg already has a piece out documenting how actively Trump has been seeking to do business IN Russia. And, then there is the selling of the beauty pageant to Russia.
They will be forced to defend and spin all of that in the coming days, which means…Defensive Posture whiling bleeding into the water.

The linked Time article clearly stated Trump and Putin were on different continents. I’m not going to vouch for what DT meant when he said they were “stablemates,” but I can easily see it referring to being interviewed for the same show, even if they were in the same room.
I think he has some kind of financial ties with Putin, and I hope more concrete evidence can be found soon. This ain’t it, and every ridiculous piece of bullshit we chase distracts from DT problems that actually exist.

Just another in a long, long series of lies that Trump has told.
He previously said that he was very familiar with Russia, having held the Miss Universe contest there one year. Trump claimed to have met very important people there, and intimated that he had met Putin. But when directly asked about this, he had said “no comment”. It was pretty obvious that he didn’t want to admit that he wasn’t able to meet Putin, and he didn’t want to lie about meeting him for fear of being contradicted by Putin himself. So I conclude that he hadn’t met Putin.
OK, I’ll hafta find a better image them but I am sure they’re out there…the innertubes never forgets. But, failing that let me offer a small bit of advice to Donnie (not that he would ever take it from a loser like me) …when that hole yer diggin’ gets too deep…
