Feels like 80% of the stories recently have Trump headlines on TPM and a lot of other politic focused sites for that matter.
It is the Trump phenomenon for the moment and foreseeable future…sigh.
I find a lot of value in stories that are diving into the complexity of the Trump political nexus, but less so in the purely sensational ones.

Trump told Blitzer that Kelly puts him on her show “every night,” and that Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes told Trump that he wanted him to do a special where Kelly interviewed him.
Neither Kelly nor Bill Geddie, the executive producer of the special, directly asked Trump to do a one hour interview, according to a source familiar with the special.
This is exactly what John Oliver claimed Trump did to him - that Trump claimed that Oliver had begged him to be on Oliver’s show “five or six times” and that he’d told them no because, well you can imagine “the show sucks, Oliver is such a loser, worst show on TV”, etc.
Donito’s narcissism is only getting worse because of all the attention he’s getting. Malaria is going to have a lot of work ahead once he loses…
