This exchange may be missing a larger point – are we sure this fool has even heard of Brown v. Board of Education?

Due to her judgement… as a tolerant wife? This is frmr senator vitter’s wife, I believe. She stuck by him - even after disclosures of prostitutes and preferences for diapers.

She seems, uh, clueless…

Perfect Trumpette qualifications…

I can’t even imagine how she’d feel about Roe V. Wade.

I hope someone followed up by asking whether she is willing to take a position on Dred Scott v. Sanford. Or Marbrury v. Madison.

She was happy to have him out of the house.

I wonder if she could be just a bit “coy” on this one.

Weird Al [Yankovic] wasn’t referenced in the Supreme Court decision, he
was referred to in the lower court decision in the Sixth Circuit, Acuff-Rose Music v. Campbell,
972 F.2d 1429, 1440 n.3 (1992) where the court refuses to call Weird
Al’s songs satire or parody – instead referring to “‘comic’ effort, such
as those created by comic musician Weird Al Yankovic.”

Despite her refusal to endorse “Brown v. Board of Education”, Vitter repeatedly praised “Plessey v. Ferguson”, which for 60 years upheld the legality of “separate but equal”. Vitter said: “uppity negroes sure like that there case “Brown”. I’m “agin’ it.

She also believes that PP kills more than 150,000 females a year.

In short, she’s the handle on the basket of deplorables.

Anybody ask her whether her sheets with the pointing top and eye holes made it back from the dry cleaners. I am pretty damn sure she is going to be partial to one color of resident in Louisiana. Not so sure about her stance as to others.

Yup. Once again we see there was no difference between Trump and Clinton.

She’s a natural for TrumpLand, for sure!

Vitter has worked as the General Counsel of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans since 2012, representing the body in all legal matters. In that position, Vitter participated in sometimes controversial anti-abortion movements and anti-contraception activism, including the promotion of unsubstantiated claims about health dangers linked to contraception.

Oh, for fuck’s sake! This woman has rendered me speechless in expressing my incomprehension of her mental faculties.

What is this woman doing being a judge in the first place!
Will she wear a white robe if confirmed?
This woman is nuts.

Sheeit. She’s still arguing for the defendant in Dred Scott v. Sandford!

Considering she is former Senator Vitter’s wife her answer would be “well it depends”.

Let us hope she doesn’t get confirmed.

Everyday he works on his revenge against the liberal elites who never accepted him. Everyday he massages his hatred of you and me and everybody else who doesn’t give a crap about his reality tv career and success, to him the quintessence of his extraspecialness.

In truth, that was the highpoint of his pathetic venal little life, and this is just Donald Trump swirling round a sordid, pathetic angry little man drain.
