Donny this is not going to end well. You are trying to force this judge to recuse himself, which may work. However in the mean time you are pissing off every other possible judge that will get assigned to your case.

Judge Curiel must not under any circumstances recuse himself.
Bad move from a guy involved in 3500 lawsuits over 30 years. It is going to get hard to use one of his favorite tools if he tries to get every judge recused that is in an ethnic group he has attacked.

As always, Trump is a fool. The scurrilous idea he’s putting forward has been raised and rejected even when the case directly involves ethnicity or other group membership. Here it obviously doesn’t. If he thinks this sludge will somehow diminish the impact on his reputation as people learn about his chiseling scam university, well, Trump, you disgusting SOB, good luck with that, pal. It’s even better than that: “The Mexican judge is biased against me because I’ve waged a campaign against him.”
Makes me think he started the whole anti-Mexican thing for the very purpose of getting this Judge off his case. The guy’s really sick.

First off the basis of his claim is empty…if it were a viable strategy, merely hating on everyone would provide perfect immunity to all charges.
Secondly, the Judge isn’t Mexican. He was born and raised in Indiana.
Thirdly, this Judge took down a powerful drug cartel in California as a prosecutor, facing down death threats and assassination attempts. I am pretty sure that petulant aging old white guy saying nasty things about him isn’t going to impact him in the slightest.
Fourthly…precisely because of his work taking down a powerful Mexican drug cartel, he has shown he doesn’t have the bias Trump is trying to proscribe to him.
This judge prosecuted a drug cartel and apparently there was a assassination plot against him, he didn’t back down then and Trump thinks he is going to back down to his bigoted ass?
So Drumpf spews his bigotry towards an ethnic group. And a supposed (to Drumpf; the judge was of course born in Indiana) member of that group is the one at fault for doing their job since he (Drumpf) has spewed the bigotry and created the perceived bias. Classic GOP case of being the victim and not taking responsibility. Can’t wait to see how the media will spin this one to make it a false equivalency. But they will. Because a. it will help Drumpf and b. it will take time away in the news cycle so that they can minimize Clinton’s superb speech on foreign policy. Yahoo! News has already eliminated any mention of Clinton’s speech which should have been a game-changer for the media but instead of course it defers to assist Drumpf and lead with his “Hillary Must Go To Jail” meme.
I really hope that Ms. Clinton goes on the attack in the first debate. Start hard on Donnie the bully and smack him (verbally of course) with every single statement she makes. Get under his skin from the beginning and do NOT let up.

In a way, I hope the “Mexican” judge recuses himself and the replacement judge is a pasty-white (barring that, Native American)* female who loathes Drumpf as one would loathe a cockroach defecating on their birthday cake. It wouldn’t be sufficiently gratifying for her to quickly squash the disease-carrying vermin. It much be as slow and excruciating as possible. Sweet Karma, let it be!
