Discussion: Trump Jr. Says He 'Wanted To Hear Out' Acquaintance Who Offered Russian Intel

I wanted to hear them out. That’s a high-quality excuse. I’d put it somewhere between “prime” and “choice.” Definitely not “select.”

Junior must be a defense lawyer’s nightmare. He just doesn’t understand “STFU Duncie”…

On Hannity? At least Sean can call out the same name at moments of climax.

Hey, Junior. NYT is calling you the “Dim Namesake.”

And if the Russian agent’s proposal wasn’t good enough, Junior would provide his own suggestions?

That’s the dangling question that nobody in the media is willing to ask yet. How did this meeting end? It’s hard to imagine that they all just decided to walk away empty handed without coming up with something that would benefit them all.

He certainly is high quality, but regrettably it is in his being dimwitted.

I have known a lot of really dumb MoFo’s all my life, but this imbecile takes the cake. Thank you Donnie Jr., you just may be the fuse on the powder keg that blows up your father’s administration.

Putin would rule the world if every rube he targeted was as stupid as Junior.

I remember the time Charles Manson e-mailed me about killing a few people. I took the meeting to see what he had to say…you know, instead of calling law enforcement.

There was something about a line in the email chain jumped out at me. I’m sure others have noticed it too.

This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump

The line reads as if ‘Russia and its government’s support’ is ongoing and precedes the subject email chain. I’m wondering if Don Jr (aka HQP) was acting as a go-between, as the communications being exchanged could not be sent directly to Trump Sr. for obvious reasons. HQP was involved owing to Trump’s obsession with loyalty. He wouldn’t trust anyone outside the family.

I'm reposting this from another thread, cos it's more appropriate here.

yeah I mean, the Russians are always offering to help destroy your political opponent. so you just want to hear them out – and of course, when you’re just “hearing someone out,” you bring Manafort and Kushner.

DJr is even dumber than his dad.

Has his new lawyer quit yet?

Open the oven door and ask him. Let the kitchen air out first, though.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a good story about dump stalking around raging at the television. But I have to assume it’s happening.

And you can believe him on this, its not like he has lied about it repeatedly for over a year.

Jr. idiot wanted to “hear them out” but he walked right into a situation designed to compromise him and his father’s campaign and presidency. Surely they eventually realized that Putin has the evidence to sink them and have been bending over trying not to provoke him ever since. You can see by trump’s actions at the G-20 and against our long time allies that his main interest is not in accord with the interests of the Untied States. There is reason enough right now to demand his resignation – and if he doesn’t leave of his own volition, and the GOP led congress refuses to do its patriotic duty to pressure him – or to begin impeachment proceedings – then they are guilty of collusion themselves and must be held accountable.

Wow.

They really need to lock him in a room for a few weeks at min. and never let him comment or say a word in public and allow his lawyer(s) to speak for him.

Jr is as dumb and more crooked since he’s trying to show orange how hard he’s trying to be him.
