When Lady Bird Johnson visited Santa Fe, she wanted to see the Santa Fe River. So the city workers went upstream and turned on fire hydrants to get some water flowing for her to see. Most of the time there is no water in the giant arroyo Santa Fe is situated in. Bridges being what they are, Christie could effectively block one by plunking his Hugh Jass down in the middle of one.

Me three. Iāve had a suspicion since the beginning of this long nightmare that he was just in it for the attention. But itās gone way too far now for him to back out. It IS like a bad movie, where the screenwriters just donāt know how to end it.

Thatās my take from last August. But Trumpās ego being what it is he cannot back out. For him the attention validates his worth as a human being. Trump is a walking personality disorder. Even folks not practiced at psychology can see the self loathing, insecurity and backward thinking patterns. Trump is headed for a shock in November.

I realize it might be simply an artifact of the photo itself, but those folks in the audience directly behind Trump look like they could be Hispanic or African American. Which would be strange.
