Has anyone thought to ask Trump what kind of solution/compromise he thinks Andrew Jackson would have achieved? Would it have included the complete abolition of slavery in the United States? I have to assume so, because I am certain that President Trump, a descendent of Lincoln, finds slavery abhorrent. But why not ask the President, and let him give us his historical insights.
You have to admit that a zombie Andrew Jackson would have changed everything.
You also have to note that he hasn’t said what would have been the solution offered by zombie Jackson. Trump always says that things can be easily changed without offering specifics. I guess he is afraid that if he offers specifics, other people will take his ideas and get the credit for preventing the Civil War.
They love this, this is the whole point. Why is Trump giving so many interviews anyway? Right? If you have a problem this severe then you don’t send the president out like a lamb to the slaughter. I think these insane PR fiascos are not an accident, they happen because this is the Trump presidency. It’s all a trolling of government and institutions.
