This guy is a true wonder. Being a king, he thinks he can made outrageous demands and they will be obeyed. How much more can we take of the truly despicable, unhinged idiot?

Oh yeah. Demanding in a fit of pique that a person, if such a person exist, be “turned over” to “the government” for “national security” purposes. If you also have the pounding on the door at 2 a.m. you win that round of Authoritarian Bingo.

This will assuredly inspire confidence and enthusiasm among White House staff.

Bookies are placing odds that it is Pence who is the author. I don’t believe it personally, but it would be interesting if it were. Trump can’t do anything to remove Pence. He would have to be impeached.

It has been excellent the last few weeks. It shouldn’t be to long now before the pot boils over .

Trump calling someone gutless is a real laugh.

It was obviously Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Her denunciation is so over-the-top it’s a dead giveaway.

Well, you know, with him yelling about witches all the time we have witches on the brain any more.

Based on my observations of the citizenry surrounding me I’d posit we may very well be dealing with him as President until 1/20/25.

To me he’s like the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland.

I found the use of the phrase “he has no first principles” to be telling, it sounds like a religious term to me. Since Pence wears his religion on his sleeve, I might suspect him. But given the Machiavellian nature of the White House, it’s more likely that someone else is using this as a smoke screen to hide their identity.

Trump may not be smart, but he is cunning and he will see through this and it will drive him nuts. Which add fuel to the speculation that Pence, knowing this, purposefully put those words in there for just that reason.

Snakepit politics at its worst.

And what? He’ll have to do the same with the next dozen patriots who rise up and speak truth to assumed power. He’ll be playing Whack-A-Mole for the final two years of his stumbling around.

He’s certainly not smart and he certainly is cunning in sizing people up, seeing their weaknesses and so forth. But that not-smartness is so incredibly profound that the crudest efforts to mislead him are likely to work splendidly and I would not count on his seeing through any smokescreen. That takes reasoning and almost any form of that is far beyond him.
