Grandma “You better behave, Junior, or I’ll pull the trigger”
This is a Christmas card ?
Yep, nothing celebrates the Prince of Peace like waving a few guns around…
(The gun handling in many of these pictures appears dangerous to this non-gun-nut)
In her statement about the “gutless” individual who wrote the op-ed in the “failing” NYT, Sarah Huckabee Sanders very strategically used “he” and “himself” in talking about the writer.
So, I bet it’s a female … and Sarah knows who it is.
Who, singular, doesn’t matter nearly as much as whom, plural.
Pence? That’s…inconceivable!
Too literate for pencie…
Y’know, I’ll give them credit for teaching their kids trigger discipline. that’s about all I can say positively about it though. Also that guy in the back with the infidel shirt stole grandma’s wheelchair blanket.
On the other hand.
The one thought I had about it being Pence is it made a bit of sense.Okay, you have an idiot in place, you want to limit the damage, Pence being the anchor would provide some protection and provide access. I cannot see the writer being anonymous forever, the text leaves serious clues. But more importantly, it stripped the cover of what is happening in the White House. Trump is and will continue to react to this, meaning life just became difficult for the players. Putting it out means they know something is coming to an end. It all seems prelude to the 25th.
But that is presuming this is all real.
She got back on her broom, updating things…
Well at least your neighbors allowed the women folk to wear shoes.
Shoes are not allowed on the women in the Fiore clan.
I take the phrase to be political, and Trump has a first principle=Trump, always first.
My husband and I got into an argument over this. He was saying it all makes sense and that that person really was doing America a favor. I say, if you see our enemies helping someone in their rise to power, are aware of the cheating and lying going on to get power, and then continue to aid and abet that powerful person as they spew racism and disgrace the office they are in, then you are culpable.
If you sit by and watch the gang plan the robbery, load the bullets into the guns, and drive the getaway car, then you are a bank robber - especially as it all benefits you in the end as it will pence.
I have been in the situation in which I played the bottle cap more than once. I can understand working carefully to keep things from going to far off the rails. It is not comfortable and sometimes it makes you look really bad to the uninformed.
That being said, timing and results are important. Your example of the robbery is a good one though. Which is what makes this so damn interesting, why now? It is curious that it came on the heels of Woodward’s book. Why not before the North Korea fiasco rolled for example. Why not before the immigration fiasco went so wrong. There are plenty of milestones that would have been opportune.
The other thing is the op-ed seems so self-serving. It is not simply a notice this is happening. It is providing cover for those referenced as involved in this shadowy play. The op-ed is wrapping the players in the flag so to speak. This sort of tells me something may be dropping and these folks want to be seen as on the right side of the equation. That is not heroic, just CYA.
And I still wonder if it the op-ed is real or a trolling effort. I am taking the NY Times at their word. They know who this person is. Meaning they have vetted the op-ed before printing it. But still…
For National Security reasons, indeed.
Recall the suggestion that not clapping at the State of the Union address might be treasonous. Expect a call to have all non-clappers exposed. Kids out there, tell us if your parents or teachers are non-clappers when watching our leader on television.
this
“Mr President, the op-ed’s writer’s name is John Barron. We’ll have him in jail by nightfall.”
where you pointin that thing, grammaw?
At this point I would not be surprised to see Melania show up in a coat with the word Lodestar on the the back. And they don’t catch it.
