Discussion: Trump Complains Of Critical Coverage From 'Dying Magazines': 'WHY?'

See, that reaction right there is WHY. You are clueless and out of touch, Donnie. You think the world revolves around you and instead of MingAGA, you are destroying America’s reputation in the world because of your greed and all your family’s tone-deaf, insenstive and self-centered assumption that you all have been anointed as royalty.

ETA: If you want to MAGA, then muzzle Beavis and Butthead, stop with the greed and back off on using the WH as a private business office, stop with the nepotism and send Jarvanka back to NY, get your wife to spend less time with her hairdresser and wardrobe and more time focussing on something worthwhile.

Hey, give the guy a break. All he wants to do is MAGA! Can’t a guy just MAGA if he wants to? Even for an hour or so?

He is frustrated, because he has been feigning interest in Harvey, and he expects everyone to fall over themselves for his hamfisted attempts at pretending to care. He has not met with a single victim, has not said one word about the victims, the displaced or the property losses. Nada. Instead he tried to stage an impromptu campaign rally so he could hear people yell how great he is.

This is a lead up to a meltdown over Harvey where he reveals he really doesn’t give a shit, and is actually quite offended that Harvey had the audacity to force him to pretend in the first place.

This is whiny even for him.

Typical con speak. Vague accusations of slander, pleading the victim, sandwiched by unlisted accomplishments. Makes it easier for him to play the victim again when he is called out for lying.

Hey, give a guy a break. His wife organized a wardrobe change and someone made him wear boots (which, BTW, he’d shitcanned by the time he’d got to the “aren’t I wonderful, Houston?” press conference – check out the photos of her sparkling white sneakers under the table. His boots are gone).

So, yeah, the royal couple invested a yuuuuge amount of energy and time preparing to offer solace and comfort to the people hit by Harvey. Because, nothing more important than FLOTUS offering them something pretty to look at.

I would be sympathetic, but then I remember Birther Donnie. You know what they say about karma, Prez. 2 Scoops, rhymes with ditch.

Infantilism, on full display.

I don’t understand the criticism of Melania’s footware. I mean, didn’t someone say they needed more pumps in Houston?

Brilliant: I see a FLOTUS campaign idea. You know, like the Communist healthy food campaign. And Ivanka could do a whole line of designer protective wear.

Or at least until he needs glasses.

Shouldn’t he be working on the tax plan he’s planning to tout in Missouri?

He sure has a lot of time on his hands to be tweeting about magazines and their coverage. And if they are “dying”, why does he care what they say about him or his tone deaf wife?

Buckle up, snowflake. It’s not getting any better.

Trump has boosted print media in my house. I read more papers/mags now than ever. Some on a tablet, but some land on my doorstep. Dunno if it’s a trend, but it’s true of me.

Such an easy target and tool for Putin. So far, congress has limited the damage from crazy puppet Trump but the longer he remains in the White House, the greater the risk to America. Impeach Trump and Pence and start the rebuilding.

No CAPS in the generic sympathy tweet coming right before this one. No hashtag either.
“#Trumpdoesn’tcare”

When I was a in the 4th grade, I was doing poorly in school. I was given an eye exam and my parents found out that I was severely nearsighted. I never complained about not seeing the blackboard because I thought everybody saw things the way I did.

Trump can’t understand why he’s being attacked because he thinks he’s normal, rational, and in his own addled mind, doing the best he can. Unlike nearsightedness, Trump’s problems with perception and lack of empathic awareness can’t be fixed. The Trump voters should have known better. It’s as if, because they liked me, a large number of my classmates decided they wanted their eyes adjusted to be as nearsighted as I was.
