And the Trump campaign won’t even care. To them truth and reality are malleable factors. Of course an 18-year-old Brit with a photographic memory sat across from Trump on that specific flight, and of course Gilberthorpe can vividly remember a stranger he met on a plane once over 30 years ago. Because they want it to be so.
So they get to briefly muddy the water before they move to the next lie.
Is there some record source that can identify if the 3 people involved were ever even on the same flight? I’ve heard there’s a way to get a list of all US flights you’ve ever been on. If so, it would be a simple matter to confirm if Gilberthorpe is even right about that.

“Anthony Gilberthorpe” sounds like a name from a Dan Brown novel, where all the names make a feeble, immediately unsuccessful attempt to sound like real people’s names.
“Gilberthorpe further claimed Leeds was “trying too hard” to win Trump’s attention.”
Works for me. Leeds was a 40 year old nobody back then and Trump was famous - and younger.
But we can’t believe Gilberthorpe because it has to be true. And because … Hillary.

Gilberthorpe met all of those women, too (just once each) - none of it is true, he can vouch for it personally.

What are the odds that Gilberthorpe will produce said cuff-links, “proving” that he was “really there”?

So Gilberthorpe would have been 17-19 in the years in question. This is not the usual demographic for first-class cabins. Has he been asked just why he was in that first-class cabin? (And was it a domestic US flight?)
(Of course, I’m taking this way more seriously than it deserves.)
