Ending assaults on the rule of law is a thing that certain people should be careful about wishing for. Just saying.

He is an idiot and an ahole. He doesn’t even know what a ‘sanctuary city’ is. I know he ‘thinks’ we are all hiding illegals under our beds out here and lying to ICE agents but that is simply not true…of course, when you read at a 5th grade level you think everything looks like The Hardy Boys…

Assault on the rule of law, protection of human rights from scapegoating authoritarian nationalists…

po-tay-to. po-tah-to.

Let’s call 45 off.

Next up, Trump will announce his version of Jade Helm, which will be dubbed “White Hood” and, unlike Jade Helm, will actually attempt to enforce martial law on major cities controlled and populated by Dems and liberals.

He doesn’t know what the rule of law is, either.

From that leftwing rag Barron’s 3/25/17. Trump’s obsession with halting immigration will kill any plan he says he has for making the economy stronger.

Trump is a White Nationalist and he was elected on a Nationalist Platform so this makes perfect sense

“Where’s the sanctuary for ordinary citizens who will be robbed when the GOP passes tax cuts for the rich?”
“Where’s the sanctuary for those whose municipal water supply is contaminated?”
“Where’s the sanctuary for citizens being denied the right to vote?”

There, FIFY.

So much easier to be a demagogue and appeal to people’s baser instincts than to actually think issues through and appeal to people’s reason.

Like that old saw about a lie getting half way around the world before the truth has a chance to put its pants on.

Funny the Supreme Court said otherwise when you and your asshole buddies sued to not be coerced by the Feds to expand Medicaid under the ACA.

So go fuck yourself.

Actually, sanctuary cities’ acknowledgement of immigrants’ rights aligns with “State’s Rights.”

If it’s OK for states to work for their own interests, it’s more than OK for cities to do so. Or what? Where do you draw the line? You want to argue that in court?

But he sure knows about assaulting it!

Whereas, laundering Russian mob money through your real estate ventures is totally above board.

Trump’s own NYC has been a sanctuary city since Ed Koch signed the executive order in 1989. It was renewed by every mayor since. Even Trump acolyte Giuliani was very supportive of it. Since then crime has fallen precipitously and neighborhoods have been renewed.
If Trump occasionally got out of his glided gold palace he could see the rest of the city and the world.

Wait a minute!

Up to this point, no one has mentioned the obvious absurdity:

Trump Calls Sanctuary Cities An ‘Assault On The Rule Of Law’ In Campaign Pitch

Why in the name of all that’s holy is he creating and publishing CAMPAIGN PITCHES, for G-d’s sake??? Why is no one in the press calling out the fact that his next possible election is 3-1/2 years+ away?!?!??!???!!
