Discussion: Trump Boosts Manafort's Credibility Then Quickly Backpedals All In One Tweet

However, Trump’s attempt to minimize Manafort’s closeness to him has been a frequent team Trump tactic, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway becoming the most recent aide to emphasize their separation.

The same could just as easily be said of the WH efforts to separate themselves from reality.

It’s the funhouse mirror bizarro image of three-dimensional chess—it’s this snarled-up bird’s nest of mutually conflicting intertwined strands of bullshit. Sheer dumbness doesn’t get you there. You have to be mentally ill as well.

Yeah, fucktard … just weigh in on the credibility of witnesses in an ongoing trial. No problem with that.

What do you have to say about Gates? He worked for you longer than Mueller did. Must be a top-notch, honest, believable guy, huh? (See: Cohen, Michael, for character description tied to loyalty.)

You assume that anyone who works for the Demented Donnie has any credibility?

Under oath, if ever.

The shorter Trump: “I only hire the best people, and Manafort was only the manager of my campaign. Ergo, WITCH HUNT!!!”

Methinks Donnie is very very nervous.

Little Donnie still having a meltdown. Gonna be a long day.

Russian Collusion with the Trump Campaign, one of the most successful in history, is a TOTAL HOAX. The Democrats paid for the phony and discredited Dossier which was, along with Comey, McCabe, Strzok and his lover, the lovely Lisa Page, used to begin the Witch Hunt. Disgraceful!

Remember, too, that Manafort is responsible for bringing Pence on board as VP. I’m sure the Demented Donnie will try to distance himself from everything that Manafort touched during the campaign in his attempt to stay clean. Bye-bye VP Pence. Have fun under the bus.

He’s such an incredible creep and sadistically hostile psycho. This is what he’s like at home.

I have no idea what Pence must be doing to keep his place as Vice-President! For someone as paranoid and self-centered as Trump to not see his understudy as a potential threat – that must be some world-class obsequiousness.

Still, the good Robert Ludlum plot twist would be for Trump, one the eve of the impeachment vote, to replace Pence with Yuri Chaika or some other tool of the Russian oligarchy.

…Can I be amazed he remembers how to spell Strzok? This is totally a bona fide dotard tweet, with its weird meter, random Capitalization, and punctuating whine-adjective.

And if HRC was the president and HER former campaign manager was on trial…what would Trump and his cult followers be saying?

Maybe he actually thinks the guy’s name is Smith.

Just remember, when Spock beat Charlie X in just a couple of moves in their first game of three-dimensional chess, Charlie melted the game pieces, destroyed the ship that brought him to the Enterprise, hit on Yeoman Rand, disappeared Yeoman Rand, broke Spock’s legs, and in general threw a hissy fit. The only way Kirk could think of to tie Charlie down was to throw the switch on every onboard computer, overwhelming him until his alien parents took him back, so that the last we saw of Charlie X was the haunting dissipating cry of “I want to stay, to stay, to stay, …” – just saying. Now what moral can we draw from this story? Be careful when playing 3D chess? Or that Truth, Justice, and the Federation Way shall triumph over the Charlie Xs of the galaxy? Optimist that I am, I must believe in the latter. In fact, in the name of the humanity, I demand it. I DEMAND IT!
