Also the administration reminded us that up is down, the sky is purple, and to be sure to participate in this morning’s five minute hate.

The water rights battle in the central valley is being fought by farmers who want to use it to irrigate in vast quantities. That hardly puts it at firefighters’ fingertips.

Oh, the futility of pointing out once again that our president is an idiot.

Pfft. No explanations are necessary when President Crazy Uncle starts up. He sees stuff on TV and starts blathering like someone asked his opinion. If the Large Hadron Collider were in the news he’d be breaking that down for everyone.

We know Hadron isn’t on his radar. Otherwise he’d be demanding its destruction, to prevent it from creating a black hole that was going to suck in the known universe and kill us all.

…which, of course, is what he himself is doing.

Right it is pouring into the ocean. My Lord the Colorado River doesn’t even make it to the ocean these days.

Exactly! No forests, no forest fires! Once America is coast to coast golf courses, we’ll all be safe!

My understanding is that the Central Valley farmers already get some 83% of the water allocation.

I would love to see a long range project, using alternative energy sources, to de-sallinate and pump pure water to potential holding basins, reservoirs, lakes and watersheds of all kinds.

Cutting down trees is an idiotic thing to do.

trump is the black hole and just like any black hole, it’s sole jihad is to feed itself.

The water is being diverted into the Pacific Ocean? Well, I guess there’s always a little runoff (as explained by the calming voice of John Hillerman).

Forget it, America. Our whole damn country is Chinatown now.

Yes and we have idiotic farm policies that encourage dairy herds in California and Arizona when there is a milk surplus and places like Wisconsin and New York are far better suited for dairy.

I blame bad intellect for the flaming tweets coming out his, er, nether regions.

That would require more self-awareness than he’s demonstrated thusfar.

The only thing that is keeping the Great Lakes from turning into the Aral Sea is the fact that we share them with Canada.

For years, there has been rumblings about piping Lake Michigan dry to water golf courses and resorts and fill swimming pools in Arizona or whatever.

Although Michigan is the one NOT shared with Canada
