Discussion: Trump Acknowledges Repeal Bill Wouldn't Be Great For His Supporters

Carlson told Trump that one analysis by Bloomberg News showed that tax cuts in the House bill unveiled last week would benefit people in counties that voted for Hillary Clinton, not those in counties that voted for Trump.

The irony. It burns. It burns.

I find this interview encouraging, in a way. What this tells me is that Trump won’t hesitate to dump Congress if he thinks he will have an image problem.
Plus, I was wiretapping President Jared’s phone, and he said something similar to Bannon. This was while Ivanka was on that date with a Canadian porn star (I think).

And they won’t care.

“Besides,” he added, “I’d get to nail that punk Ryan. I really hate that puny son of a …”

Ivanka grabbed his wrist in a practiced move and distracted him with her sparkly earrings. “We’re going to protect women too,” she interrupted with a serene smile.

Carlson, of course, let the moment pass.

Indeed - They believe Trump has their backs so whatever’s he does sign will always be in their best interest no matter what Fake News says.

Trump Acknowledges Repeal Bill Wouldn’t Be Great For His Supporters

Trump: I am just helping out Democrats. This bill is really LiberalCare.

Finally. Some non-fake news out of trump. I actually do hate republicans and definitely him.

It looks like the Trump train is losing steam."

And we know how it works one supporter may not be on the ACA but knows someone who is and finds that friend is terrified of losing coverage.Word of mouth will get you everytime.

Fortunately, he convincingly makes the case that it’s all the Democrats fault, who, while completely shut out of power, manage to still derail GOP law making with their nefarious Jedi mind tricks.

He really, really loves the uneducated. But not enough to give them health care if he can somehow manage to blindside them.

And supporters were bussed in, right?

Here’s a little gem from Twitter

Right now, the GOP is fighting over who owns this steaming pile of elephant feces. Both sides know that this could end up really killing their chances going forward.

I think we need to let his supporters know that the only people who will benefit from his proposed budget will be the cities and liberal enclaves. Most hospitals and first responder units in nearly all rural areas will be closed down due to budget cuts. Increases in Pentagon budgets will benefit city areas: Washington, D.C., Norfolk, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, Chicago, L.A., etc. Make it clear that many liberals in these areas are secretly pushing for this budget to get to Donald’s desk.

Are you suggesting a thank you tour in blue states?
Maybe Bill and Hillary, in limos, with furs?

I wonder if the Republicans really understood how much he’d go ahead and sell them out any chance he got.

I have to say, I kind of love it.

As someone mentions in this thread, it isn’t just 24 million people losing care; you have to multiply how many people will be affected by those 24 million. Families will lose fathers and mothers and grandfathers and grandmothers and children. Some breadwinners will die if they lose coverage or families will have loved ones who can’t vacation with them because they can’t afford it, etc. Maybe multiply the number of people losing care by 3 or 4 to see how many it affects. Can’t believe THIS is what it took people to wake up.

My healthcare plan was only driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays. It’s a beauty, believe me…
