I’m praying that Heidi can pull out a win after her vote. I’m also praying that Kavanaugh’s life is forever tainted by hecklers everywhere he goes. A real family man - doesn’t care that his daughters will be paying for this in a myriad of ways.
I always enjoy seeing female republican pundits try and get around their party’s continual denial of the equal pay act. Because the one thing they sure do agree upon is getting paid a fair wage for their work.

They’re celebrating the return to neutrality now that the Court has been moved from a nearly certain 5-4 “conservative” majority to a guaranteed 5-4 majority. Nothing says “neutral” like cementing your bias for decades to come.

Trump has done one thing very well: He’s made America into an “us versus them” country. Every fucking thing he says is centered around that worldview.
My ex-girlfriend was very apolitical. She always asked me who I was voting for and voted the same way. She voted for Gore, Kerry and Obama twice. She started dating a Trumper after we broke up. Now she’s very political and hates Muslims. Vocally so. We have had many arguments about her racism towards Muslims. Never once saw her display any racist behavior since 1996 when we met until mid 2015. That’s when she started dating a married tea-tard by the name of Marty. She gets very angry and defensive if I criticize Trump or say anything slightly negative about him. Fortunately, we don’t talk that much anymore.
I hope Trump’s mocking of Dr Christine Ford hangs around Kavanaugh’s neck like a dead, stinking albatross for the rest of his life. I doubt there are many other nominees to the court who would not have withdrawn, if for no other reason than to spare his family the grief he’s forced them to endure. Kavanaugh is in no way vindicated by his confirmation. He may have “won”, but to take a seat on the highest court in the land under such circumstances seems a disgrace rather than a victory. Of course, the people of the country will suffer the consequences of the debacle. Justice Kennedy must be proud.

Let’s face it, the fix was in from the begining. Do you think the Repubs would have preferred confirming Kavenutt with or without Blasey Ford’s testimony? Of course they would have preferred no Blasey Ford, however much they are lying about it now. I don’t know what will happen in the midterms, but this will haunt repubs for a long time to come.
