Your obsession with Pelosi is entirely misplaced. Her job is to protect her caucus, that she’s not blatantly spelling out support for impeachment means there’s a large segment of the Democratic House that doesn’t support it…yet. If people would pressure their own representatives instead of obsessing over what Pelosi says to support impeachment maybe it would happen sooner than later. Hopefully you’ve called your rep and senators.

Especially as Julius Caesar Word Salad tries to claim he can’t do infrastructure because he’s under investigation, House Democrats have to show they’re doing everything they can to both pass important legislation and check an out-of-control president. They have to make it patently obvious that they are working for the American people, Senate GOPers are working for the rich, and Trump is working for himself.
Start the impeachment process, get all Trump’s misdeeds in the public consciousness, and make it clear that if Senate GOPers don’t do their part, they are complicit.

Why all this talk about to impeach or not? We are going there. It just isn’t happening as quickly as the 24/7 news cycle needs in order to keep up its advertising rates. Congress and courts don’t run at the speed of the interwebs.

No, her job is “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
And she is failing to do that job. She won’t even schedule a full-house vote on the motion to hold Billy Barr in Contempt of Congress, and he is literally laughing at her.
But she offers her thoughts and prayers.
Addressing this part in a roundabout way.
One of the reasons why I continue to mention ‘moderate’ Republican senators needing to pay a price, is that they’re relying on McConnell’s (and other leadership) guidance to see them through.
Folks can complain about the current Speaker not getting their ‘orders’ right, but unless it’s understood that the House decides who to impeach and the Senate decides who to convict, then it’ll inevitably be on the voters to make the final call.
The same lot who bitched about a particular party not getting their ‘orders’ correct in 2016.

Hardly. If it was a Republican House and a Democratic President who did the same things Trump has, they would have impeached him by March. And you know that is true.
This impeachment should focus on the entire Republican Party for the Dotard’s crimes, and their own complicity. Impeach the whole fucking lot of them!

Though folks know (or are learning) why they excuse Trump’s actions, they need to get asked if the tax cuts and the judges are worth it.

You’re probably right, but as for myself, i will never lower my standards to compare Democrats to Republicans. They two parties have completely different ideologies. One is right, and works for the good of the country. The other is plain 'ol FUBAR. Guess which is which.

Originally you said the Democrats are simply “playing politics,” equating them with the GOP, when their obvious motive is to keep from inadvertently reelecting the motherfucker. You consistently mischaracterize that concern and substitute other, less justifiable motivations. You can’t for one moment admit that maybe Nancy Pelosi knows as much as and maybe more about politics than you do. It’s all just too ridiculous. But I’m still a little more generous than most folks here regarding you—I think maybe you’re just that deluded and not actively in league with the GOP and Russians. Jury’s out on that one. But as your lawyer I must advise you to stop putting your own neck in the noose. It’s easy to say you volunteer for the Democrats and will vote for their nominee. Gotta say I’m not sure about that when you consistently and strenuously bash the party. Not sure at all, pal. You want to talk about people’s duty? Figure out which team is on the side of democracy and which isn’t. Then play for the one that is. Or shut up, I don’t much care which.

If it were a republican house and a democratic president who had done not one single unlawful thing, they would have impeached by March. They were planning to start impeachment proceedings against Hillary by the end of January, remember?
