Discussion: Threat Uptick Prompts DHS Staff Urge To Lock Doors, Remove Badges In Public

including one in which a senior staff member found a charred, headless rodent on his doorstep

Now that’s some scary shit. In Arizona today, a cat leaves a desiccated mouse body on someone’s porch! Film and 11!

Why are cowards always so cowardly?

I suppose if you don’t want to have your name public you could choose not to work for a public agency.

Um, I’m sorry, are DHS employees not instructed to remove badges when off-site as a matter of protocol?

Maybe it’s just us lowly peons who are taught such obvious, important, low-effort security measures. Don’t broadcast your employer and your credentials in public (you don’t have to lie about them, this ain’t the CIA, but don’t broadcast them). Sad.

Next time it’ll be human feces smeared all over their windows / doors / vehicles / driveway and sidewalk, more abundant and easier (ugh) to collect and use. Also, killing rats is not nice compared to the wonder of feces smearing and stinking your home which is appropriate payback for their cruelty.

Did these people figure that US Citizens who reject their 'rulings" should not be heard from? It is a bit ironic that the Head of the Dept, et al - don’t seem to mind bullying people and separating families but run away when someone dares to challenge them. hmmmm

These stone cold criminals in Trump’s Treasonous administration can’t stand to be called out or challenged. They demand to be free to break laws, harm citizens; if anyone dares to stand up to them, they run and hide and call for the Mommy State to stop the mean ol’ critics. Cowardly criminals every one.

Like troops of the Wehrmacht pausing only long enough to burn their uniforms as they flee from justice. Remember, the wicked flee when noöne pursues them, the righteous stand bold as a lion.

I wrote to someone yesterday that accused me of being radicalized by the Left:

If you stand for something, you need to be able to stand for the opposition.

I don’t advocate threatening with bodily or personal harm, and I’d like to know who it was that revealed all the personal data because that’s no way to win an argument, but these folks are standing behind the policies put forth by their leadership.

Just as I do with a project I don’t agree with or am not comfortable with, I go find something else to do. Works every time for both sides of the coin.

When I was on public sector projects, I was ALWAYS advised to take my badge off when leaving the project site.

Yeah right, because we’re the ones who go straight to death threats at the smallest slight. The Reactionary party is all projection, all the time. This, and SHS’s new security detail, is fake news from fucking snowflakes. When you carry out policies that piss people off, you’re gonna hear from some pissed of people. That’s democracy, bitches.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Homeland Security officials suggested employees lock doors and windows and remove badges when in public, warning of heightened threats amid the rancorous immigration debate.

HFS!!! You’d think they did something wrong to piss off the American people to warrant such threats against themselves.

When I have a lot of extra time, I’m going to feel real sorry for them…

Because they have the ‘big talk’ but when threatened, shrink from their own decisions. Pussys!

Since Homeland Security (Heimatssicherheitdienst) is more or less the equivalent of the Stasi (Statssicherheitdienst), they should probably wear disguises to and from work and never take the same route twice. You’d think they’d wear balaclavas when on official duties.

Alternatively, they could choose not to enact cruel and inhumane policies and then lie about them repeatedly.

Perfectly preventable.

Be especially wary if you see any children not accompanied by their parents.
