Canât believe our country set up a department of Homeland Security and the best they can come up with when threats arise is to lock the doors, pull down the shades, and leave the porch light on. These people want the DeVos or Pruitt special treatment. I can already hear the whining, âwhy do they get protection and we donât?â
This agency has become pathetically weak willed and weak minded. I havenât felt safe with these assholes in charge of DHS since tRump took office. Disorganized and incompetent leadership seems to be its real problem. The one thing they seem more concerned with is protecting themselves these days. As for the rest of us, out here in this new American Fatherland, not so much. DHS needs to stop doing a bunch of naval-gazing and start figuring out how to do the work they were hired to do for the rest of the country. Letâs just say, separating babies and toddlers from their parents isnât it. They seem to have forgotten what the fuck their mission is.

Is this a harbinger of fire in a public place to be followed by nightly raids by DHS on the homes of the Democrats in order to save the Homeland from âanti-homelandâ forces?
If an individual does it, itâs a threat.
If a Koch-funded foundation anonymously donates $10 million to a super-PAC, and the super-PAC spends it to create and air an ad, and that ad features an actor describing Democrats/liberals in terms used for vermin, and the ad further shows the actor casually charring a dead rat on a grill as he speaks, and the actor then chops the head off the rat while talking about what should be done to vermin, and the actor then tosses the rat onto the front porch of a house, and the door of that house begins to open, and the ad cuts to a closeup of a Democratic candidate or elected official making a weird face (photoshopped as needed)âŚwell, then, thatâs free speech.

Absolutely. The person on one side, holding the parent back, and the person on the other side, pulling the child away â you couldnât ask for better people. They are solid, family-values types who send flowers on Mothers Day. They deserve to live without fear that a young family might successfully cross the border to escape crime and poverty.
