Discussion for article #223778
All together now! 1… 2… 3…
CLASSY!
(h/t to Bill in Portland, ME)
you know what this means: DEMS IN DISARRAY
Tee hee…
See what they think when the DEMOCRAT wins in November!
Dems aren’t running anyone. His only opponent will be a libertarian.
Makes me wonder if the Rs will start rethinking the whole gerrymandering thing.
They have so purified their districts, they are now vulnerable, just from the opposite side. Think about it, yes, they got rid of any blue, so its safe. But to be sure they are getting rid of the purples so they feel invulnerable - but they didn’t realize they counter the far right danger. Now, to paraphrase - the vote is coming from in their own house.
Thoughts?
Ah yes, the rise of the fine young cannibals, and the demise of the Republican Party.
Dems aren’t running anyone. His only opponent will be a libertarian.
Well let’s assume that the commenter meant Virginia’s 7th, where voters are about to learn a whole lot about a Washington outsider named Jack Trammel!
You KNOW Dems are going to be all over him tonight and by morning, polish up his act before he makes an unscripted error.
Maddow just talking about a Dem who got party line past weekend.
I’ll give credit to Cooter and open primaries.
The democratic candidate is Jack Trammel
Bad news for the vanishing moderate wing of the gop; good news for Cruz; better news for the democrats in 2016. . .
Caution to the wind. Popcorn with real butter tonight!
You’re correct, I made a mistake.
your confused! the only ones in disarray are republicans like Eric the loser cantor and David Dewhurst.
The politics of VA are changing right before our eyes and the national implications are broad. Consider: no sitting House majority leader has lost since 1899.
This is definitely good news for John McCain!
Very smart. They’re gerrymandering the establishment wing out of the party. It’s similar to what’s happening with the decimation of campaign finance laws. The striking down of these laws allows insurgent candidates to get financing through some TP group or some billionaire. That wasn’t the case with Cantor’s challenger, but it’s exactly what’s happening to Thad Cochran down in Mississippi.
