If they’re still looking, I have the perfect Republican delegate.

Why single out the Virgin Islands GOP? The whole GOP is a sordid, sleazy, corrupted mess of shhhhhhaving cream…

Sordid. Got it.

Virgin Islands GOP Chairman John Canegata called Vice Chairman Herb Schoenbohm a “convicted felon, a moron, a compulsive liar and a Nazi sympathizer.”

Wait! What’s the problem? Those are the typical qualifications of members of the Republican leadership today!

BTW: Anyone check to see if the Palins went out on vacation for a three hour cruise in that area? Sounds like they may have drifted ashore aboard the ‘Governor’.

Reince Priebus’s rebranding efforts after 2012 have been incredibly successful. Now everybody knows that the GOP is the go-to place for Confederate flag-waving racists, flat-earth ignoramuses, wild-eyed theocrats, bug-eyed ammosexuals, secessionists, seditionists, conspiracists, sociopaths, and low-level thugs of every description.

It’s really sort of sad. When I was a kid back in the '50s and '60s, the GOP was the place for stolid, plain, no-nonsense white-bread conservatism, but there were still some pretty liberal Republican politicians who could and did make common cause with Democrats on much of the significant progressive legislation of the day. Guys like Jacob Javits, Ed Brooke, Hugh Scott, Mark Hatfield, Chuck Percy, and George Aiken come to mind. Bill Milliken was governor here in Michigan for two terms, and was as solidly pro-choice as any Democrat, and on social issues in general was as far away from the Evangelical Christianists who dominate the GOP as you can get. None of these people would have a place in today’s GOP—they’d be reviled as godless liberals.

So some direct mail scammers took over a defunct GOP committee to run a scam, and now they are in a fight with some regular GOP scammers who thought they could take over the defunct GOP committee to run a delegate scam?? The only thing missing is some fights, guns and lawsuits… what? Nevermind, this is getting good.

It’s fun to watch this GOP’er chaos but I don’t think we should be surprised by it. After all, they’re trying to rig an election and we’ve seen that before. The difference being this is a primary between GOP’ers with nothing but Gop’ers in the house. No window dressing’s needed. Let it all hang out.

This is a logical place for the GOP to be. Their base is blinded with unfounded anger and trained to think Republican political shenanigans has a purpose other than a self-serving one. That it gets real shit done. So why not this? Rigging an election with full blown lunacy. We’re just seeing it with the curtains pulled back this time.

First off, nice job, Ms. Fox. Secondly, it’s kinda nice seeing the Republicans shitting all over each other for a change, rather than the poor, LGBTQ folks, racial minorities and non-Christians in general. Keep on keeping on, GOPers.

Yes but don’t let this taint yout thoughts of the Islands. They’re very cool. Hot, sunny and lots of cold drinks brought to you while you sleep on the beach. Go there!

Give the nature of folks in Margaritaville I can’t imagine the GOP is very big there. No one that takes political shit seriously belongs there.

The delegate system seems easy to corrupt. Where is the oversight? Surely, there’s got to be a better way. One person one vote?

Political whores running amok in the Virgin Islands, a oxymoron if ever there was one.

The GOP has even offshored their nastiness. What next, teabagging in space? Wingnuts 20,000 leagues under water? Hate from heaven?

What we have here is an exposed shithole. It’s the same shitty people doing the same shitty shit except for some reason, they now are advertising it daily for all to see.
Is Trump really the cause, Hillary, or the idea that they are getting ready to lose everything that they’ve built and connived so hard to gain for all of their political careers?
