Regarding the Ohio playground case. The material used on the playground is not only rubber but a petroleum product. Which mean they come from dead dinosaurs in the ground that have been there for millions of years. This ought to negate the Christian academy’s “Young planet” argument that the earth is 6000 years old. Here’s a compromise; No playground material for schools who do not teach evolution.

You think so? I think this is a no-win situation. If Curiel rules in Montes’ favor, the ruling will be considered biased. If he rules against it, that will be paraded around forever as, “See, even that Mexican judge backed off and admitted that Trump was right” (no actual backing off required).
