well today is 5/12/17
firing comey who BTW was totally prepared and anticipated it…will only speed things up for obvious reasons.

while rumors swirl it is important to remember the MSM and the daily press are miles behind the curve.
did the puppet hold those oval office meetings with top Russian spies in order to pass off copied files from comeys CPU?

did tillerson squash dozens of passport holds from the FBI allowing suspects to leave the country?

this INVESTIGATION i NOW believe involves many of the top repiglicon politicians.

PREDICTION: within the next few days we will see many leaders of the party and cabinet members implicated in various crimes and at least one big fish GOES DOWN TODAY

This should surprise nobody.

Trump is and always has been about shifting narrative and putting so much chaffe out there that the story always is muddled making it impossible for the media to focus on any particular piece of Trump B.S. for long enough for anytging to stick.

As usual, I’m sure by next week there will be a whole new norm shattering move that shifts attention.

Good and thorough recap of events. Maybe the time has come to start preparing ourselves for a succession of changes of leadership.

His dinner with Comey was such a big reveal. Trump has always been a hot mess, now he’s just a slice of warm, crunchy bread; toast.

Sad!

I’ve given up on such predictions. Trump has defied such gravity for so long because his ability to play the media and controversy like a fiddle.

With congressional backing Trump seems to stay aloft for now. Does anyone really think that McConnell or Ryan will allow their opportunity to ruin all the good Obama did to be undone.?

Trump must long for the good old days when all he had to do to get an investigation quashed was bribe a state’s attorney general. He’s now discovered that the President is much more constrained in what he can do. He’s now discovered that there are three branches of the US government and that he is the head of only one of them. He has further discovered that the other two don’t have to listen to him. Finally, he is also discovering that the President doesn’t even control his own Justice Department. Safeguards have been put in place to prevent federal law enforcement from being used for political purposes. Nobody knew presidenting was so complicated.

It’s downright Orwellian for Sanders to invoke “the buck stops here” in one of the few cases where the buck should never stop with the President. Shameless and anti-American.

Too bad this article doesn’t mention that Trump let slip and admitted to Lester Holt that he was thinking about the Russian investigation (which he thinks is fake and just about Democratic sour grapes at losing the election) when he made his decision to fire Comey.

Josh last night finally got around to noting it, calling it an admission to obstructing justice.

And I had a holy shit momement when I was reminded about the fact that “deep throat” during Watergate was in fact a Deputy Director of the FBI, Mark Felt.

But Trump is too stupid and ignorant to grasp you don’t fuck with the FBI or the CIA because the truth will out eventually.

He’s done both.

[/quote]Funny how the FBI started the fake Russian investigation in June or July - 4 months before the election - because of Democratic sour grapes at losing the election in November. Nobody knew calendars could be so complicated.

Well when you have a black President who can somehow travel back in time to plant fake birth announcements in Hawaiian newspapers (don’t forget Trump was birther in chief) facts, much less the flow of time, won’t get in the way of Hair Trump.

Plus the fact that it’s just not good policy to fuck over people who do covert wet operations for a living.

It’s amazing to me how discombobulated the Trump White House is that they can’t even get their stories straight on just basic facts of what Trump said or did - mostly because Trump doesn’t seem to really consult with anyone before making a decision or opening his big mouth. How they manage to avoid setting the kitchen on fire or accidentally nuking Idaho is a mystery.

Nice tick tock. If you consider the justifications offered for what happened here with Comey, its easy to see all this as a slow moving train wreck for this administration. But that’s only part of the bigger picture when you consider the absurd answers to how the American press were left out of the Oval Office when the Russians came to town to meet with Deranged Donnie. All that is equally absurd and happened smack dab in the middle of all this shit. The answers just never add up and are always evolving. Was there a sign that said “Only Russians Past This Point”? The whole operation at the WH has always been like amateur hour. Its just freaking nuts. I still can’t get over how he could even meet with those two men, with at least one of them being a known Russian spy according to US intelligence, the very next day after firing Comey. Kislyak is a well known focus of this FBI investigation for shit’s sake. Its like sticking a thumb in the eye not only of the FBI and the American press, but of the American people as well. Once again, this bizarre, unprecedented series of events seems like something out of a bad fictitious spy novel…but it isn’t. Its all too real.

Which is why he makes sure to help Putin, because the FSB is less squeemish about their wet work.

Firing Comey was about showing his worth the day before his performances review with his FSB handlers at the WH.

I suppose Huckabee’s religious daughter, can’t help but lie because she thinks she’s good at it?

Sometimes I feel like I am stuck in a loop from “The Exorcist” – my head is spinning 360 degrees while I am spewing (mental) vomit at the evil emanating from the Oval Office these days.

No, she lies because God wants her to lie to help Daddy and Uncle Donald, who are, combined, the second coming.
