GOPers did…They took offense at an ordinance from the Charlotte City Council and passed a draconian law at the level of a Jim Crow law and it was designed specifically to discriminate against LBGT people. Abbott wants to blame Obama for a hissy fit his side is having. The result is sane people are pointing and laughing at Mr Abbott.
