Seeing as the Supreme Court has already ruled Obama has the authority to do what he did, this lawsuit is going to go absolutely no where (of course, this is the Roberts court, so they could just as easily fuck everything up just for the hell of it). Oh, and I guess Republicans got over the whole no “frivolous” lawsuits thingy.

Abbott is so stupid that if he doubled his intellectual ability, he’d almost be a halfwit.
The immigration laws are being enforced—daily—and all President Obama did was reorder the list of who gets deported first and who gets deported last.
Criminal, new arrivals, and others are being deported with some speed, and Obama has deported more undocumented immigrants than any previous president.
Abbott’s suit will be tossed—he can’t prove harm and has no standing to sue----and he’ll just continue to waste taxpayer cash daily.

Wow! I didn’t now that Abbott was BFF’s with the founding fathers and knew exactly what they were thinking when they were deciding on how to frame the Constitution. And as far as this pending suit being a non-political move, that’s 1000% Texas BS by the boatfull.

Wow! It seems that George Bush Jr. decided not to enforce many, many laws from Congress. I guess it is different when a Black President does it. It would be difficult to count all the illegal line item vetoes by Bush.
