Abbott sues Obama on a regular basis, but now he has to turn the Attorney General job over to a new wingnut who’ll get to file all the frivolous lawsuits for the next few years. When Abbott takes over as governor, he may go into withdrawal. It’s hard to break an addiction like that.

Abbott told reporters that he would decided whether to follow through on the lawsuit in two weeks.
Sounds like he learned from Boehner’s folly - get press for being anti-Obama, and let it quietly die without filing suit. And his timing is just right to dump it off on his successor since he won’t have enough time left in office to see it through.
According to the Texas State Board of Education, Moses was the top adviser to the authors of the Constitution. He may even have been the ghostwriter for all we know.
I hope ALL Democrats are taking notes of what the “Republicans” are or rather have been doing since the end of 2010. And then when or if the Republicans get a Republican elected President, should we return the favor? Of course when and/or if that happens, they will, as usual, say: “that was a different…”. This is what happens when the “intelligent(ha, ha, ha,…) rich” buy a government. C’est triste, n’est pas.
Ugh, another taxpayer lawsuit by the GOP that will go no where. If they really want to reduce the debt and deficit perhaps they should stop their litigious ways.
