Yes, they drive liberals up the wall while they do it. But theyâre starting to sound like a bunch of jabbering idiots to people who arenât already well-versed with the various conspiracy theories and coded beliefs. Pissing off the liberals is fun, but it might be at the expense of making sense to voters who donât speak fluent Right Wingese.
And yet, they still seem to be making perfect sense to our nationâs sad, degenerate shadow-of-its-former-self mainstream press.
Clearly, they are being oppressed and censored by people who canât handle the truth.
Themselves.
Cruz came off like a pod person or one of those water-drinking ducks last night sitting next to Colbert. No matter the Colbert witticism, plastic. wind-up, humorless Cruz would reset.
Itâs a good explanation for sure. Agree that the morons on the right have their own âfactsâ and nothing anyone can say, do or prove (or disprove) will ever change their minds. But, in promoting such wackiness, they do drive the intelligent, aware, educated, interested and motivated voter to closely examine their claims.
Hopefully, the vast majority of voters, including many Republicans as well, will reject the craziness they foment and vote for sane, disciplined and determined Democratic candidates who do care about the people, the country and the welfare of all Americans regardless of color, faith or sexual orientation.
Candidates like Trump, Carson and Cruz are the GOP personified. Todayâs GOP is basically a regional party whose members are mostly angry, old white men who refuse to accept the fact that this countryâs population is becoming younger and more diverse as we move forward. The GOPhersâ dreams of living in a homogeneous society, controlled by WASP males, were crushed on Tuesday, November 4, 2008. The partyâs leaders have been running around screaming with their hair on fire for almost 8 years and they havenât calmed down yet. There are certain factions in the GOP who are determined to âtake back Ah-murika and return her to the real Ah-murikansâ. (Iâm sure the original people would be delighted.) The GOP is on track to go the way of the dinosaurs, and it wonât be a minute too soon.
Obama is a totally shitty Muslim. He lets his wife and daughters flaunt their bodies in public and uncover their heads. He only has one wife. He has an unclean animal named 'Bo" slobbering all over him. He hangs out in Christian churches, uncritically listening to Christian preachers ranting. He eats pork all the time, especially at barbecues. He allows the White House to be decorated for a sacred Christian holiday known as âChristmas.â He was inaugurated twice with his hands on that infidel text called the 'Bible." He drinks alcohol at what he calls âbeer summits.â He doesnât take time to pray five times a day. He failed in his remit to teach and promulgate Sharia Law when he was in the Ivy League. Like I say, itâs like heâs almost a Christian.
Gee, it sure would be nice if the media would take a fact-based approach to reporting about this, because then we might actually have a chance to have a thoughtful conversation about our government and how it is acting. I wonât hold my breath though, itâs been a while since the media has done its job with integrity.
Dogwhistle Analysis 101.
Ted Cruz and Bea Arthur as Maude⌠is it just me, or does anyone else see a resemblance?
He creepy-crouched waiting for SC to hush âŚ
Come on! Thatâs how he keeps it a secret!

Joe Scarborough blamed the âObama is a Muslimâ meme on Hillary because of her 60 minute interview where she was asked about Obama being a Muslim. I watched it. I heard her say no, more than once. Joe is referencing her âas far as I knowâ qualifier at the very end. I take that as instinctive political ass covering rather than sowing seeds of doubt. Judge for yourself, itâs only 22 seconds long:
Shorter Horrified and Confused Cruz: Look what that damn Obama did in office! He made things better: more jobs, more health care, less illegal immigration and less crime. Thatâs not fair! I know, letâs call him a Muslim! Thatâs how to fool the rubes!
âThe whole thing, whether by design or accident, is a rhetorical trap to ensnare liberals.â
Call me Houdini, but hereâs how you avoid said trap while still responding as appropriately as possibleâŚrepeat after me:
#âGO SUCK A BAG OF DICKS.â
âThe broader question, and what I think Ben was trying to get at, is what are the consequences been in the last six and a half years of the Obama presidency?â
I love how these clowns bend over backwards to âexplainâ what someone else really meant when what they said was pretty clear the first time.
So only 13% of republicans are sane??. They must be the ones who voted for Obama twice
She could have been more clear.
âAs far as I knowâ is a verbal tic. It can, however, be used in two senses:
-
According to all the information I possess: âAs far as I know the sun rises in the East.â
-
According to what information I currently possess leaving open the possibility that things are otherwise: âAs far as I know, heâs honest.â
Eight times she said no. Most videos leave out last verbal exchange on the subject. The transcript:
CLINTON: Of course not. I mean, thatâsâyou know, there is not basis for that. You know, I take him on the basis of what he says. And, you know, there isnât any reason to doubt that.
KROFT: And you said youâd take Senator Obama at his word that heâs not a Muslim.
CLINTON: Right. Right.
KROFT: You donât believe that heâs a Muslim or implying? Right.
CLINTON: No. No. Why would I? No, there is nothing to base that on, as far as I know.
KROFT: Itâs just scurrilous â
CLINTON: Look, I have been the target of so many ridiculous rumors. I have a great deal of sympathy for anybody who gets, you know, smeared with the kind of rumors that go on all the time.
