Hypocrisy is no deterrent to those who lack a moral compass.
As NH resident this woman scares the hell out of me and I plan to work very hard to ensure she does not get elected.
Whoopsie! I guess someone wasn’t prepared to have her hypocrisy revealed so suddenly
I’m sure there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation, like, she’s using the insurance card of a dead lady she used to do meals-on-wheels for. Totally legit stuff!
Dear Rep. Garcia,
If you think you’re going to get away with benefiting from Obamacare while actively campaigning to deny those benefits to others, you’ve got another thing coming.
I’m saving $4300 this year because of Obamacare. But you just can’t stand people who aren’t wealthy benefiting from government regulations, can you? It throws your whole filthy lying narrative into question, doesn’t it?
I hope the press runs you down like a dog this issue. The voters of New Hampshire deserve to know what a hypocrite you are. You best get the crackerjack spinmeisters working your campaign to make up some world-class bullshit to cover your ass on this one, honey.
Have a rotten day. You deserve it.
The lack of self-awareness is almost breathtaking, isn’t it?!
All for Me, None for Thee is a central policy motto for the GOP
Right out of the GOP Skunk Caucus. Stinking up the place.
Gee, maybe your constituents are against Obamacare because people like you are lying to them about how awful it is?
The campaign ads write themselves.
The never ending stream of lies being put out by Republican candidates and PACS here in NH is just stunning. And what is even more concerning is that the NH Ds don’t seem to be fighting back very hard.
Love those follow up questions!
The state’s RW rag, the Union Leader, has this story up and reveals that Garcia, age 31, lives at home with her parents, works part time giving harp lessons, and says she has some kind of month-to-month (?) health insurance. The best part of the piece is the comment section where as usual, a small group of haters gather to post the memes and talking points of usual RWNJ subjerks. I especially like the reference to the ACA as “Osamacare”, and the claim that she is better qualified to hold office than a “community organizer”. Here’s the link: http://www.unionleader.com/article/20140914/NEWS06/140919546
I agree about the TV ads. Can’t enjoy a Sox or Patriots game without a few of them popping up. The one that has me shaking my fists at the sky is Scott Brown saying that Shaheen has voted 90-something percent of the time with the President, so vote for him to vote 100% of the time with the GOTP. The rest of the ads are nothing but untruthful ads about the evils of “Obamacare”. I comfort myself by thinking that those ads will only resonate with hardcore GOTP voters, but won’t convince anyone who is truly “undecided”.
Based on the campaign response I wonder if she even has health insurance. I always to back to Alan Grayson’s line about the GOP plan for health insurance is simply don’t get sick and if you do die quickly.
Is there any truth to the rumor that Carnival Cruz is being recruited by Carnival Cruises to be one of their spokesman?
POOF!!! turned to dust before the nail polish dried. lol
Looking forward to her list of other issues that will surly follow the closer we get to the elections or the more she runs her mouth.
Just Fascinating. lol
Garcia must not be one of her own constituents.
I’m confused (and it has nothing to do with my contempt for Rafael Cruz.) TPM, your headline says this woman won’t say whether she’s covered by Obamacare, yet the penultimate paragraph states clearly that her campaign says she is not. Which is it?
