Discussion for article #239589

Sounds like Trump endorsed it to me.

Trump’s response is totally tone deaf. Why won’t he condemn the crime? Why would he defend criminals in a hate crime? I don’t like or agree with Trump on much but I don’t think he’s a sociopath personality. He needs to clean this up and show some humanity. (Decency, I would presume, would be off the table for him.)

Are you kidding? “Clean this up and show some humanity”? No way. All this proves to Rump is that his supporters LOVE HIM and will do anything for him. That’s all he sees in this horror. He likes that. He thrives on it.

We’re now in real dangerous territory…

Police said Scott Leader, who was previously convicted of a hate crime for attacking a Moroccan man in the days after the 9/11 attacks, told them he targeted the victim because the man was Hispanic and homeless.

“Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported,” Leader allegedly told police, as quoted by the Globe.

They sound like real scumbags who don’t need any prodding to let their racist flag fly, but really Trump how hard is it to say that’s despicable? Especially since he loves to brand himself as such a “straight-talker”

Jim Crow gave people like this license to commit atrocities under the color of law.

Nice base you got there, Trump.

The billionaire said he hadn’t heard about the attack, adding that he thought it “would be a shame.”

“I will say, the people that are following me are very passionate,”

Yes he did… the azzhole speaks again to his most loyal supporters. Trump’s only problem is that they got caught and spoke honestly to motivation.

More proof Donald could become America’s Putin…

¨Psychopathy (/saɪˈkɒpəθi/), also known as—though sometimes distinguished from—sociopathy (/soʊsiˈɒpəθi/), is traditionally defined as a personality disorder characterized by enduring antisocial behavior, diminished empathy and remorse, and disinhibited or bold behavior.¨

If you start with the premise that just being a Republican is a priori evidence of ¨enduring antisocial behavior¨, I think he pretty much nails it.

How can it be? It can’t be right! Boston is “up North” and they never do that kind of thing up there. This is a mistake…it must have happened in Floriduh.

Pretty hard for Trump given that his supporters come from exactly the type who would think this is great. I’m guessing “passionate” has now become synonymous with ignorant & depraved.

If the suspects had only hired a PR flack the urine attack could have been covered live by all 3 cable networks…

Must be part of that ‘Kinder & Gentler’ compassionate conservatism the RepubliKKKlans are always talking about.

Turnabout should be fair play.

What a joy it would be to see the American voter consign that odious Cult of a Political Party to the scrapheap of history where it belongs.
