How does this question even make sense? If the names were masked how would she know that they are involved in the Trump transition to want to spy on them and if she already knew their identities why would she need to ask for them to be unmasked in order to spy on them?

Obama seemed to have more universal acceptance other than the folks who opposed something other than a Caucasian resident in the White House. If I recall correctly, those folks had significant coverage and continue to to this day.
This 2016 election was the first in a long time, if ever, where the ‘winner’ didn’t even get the majority of the popular vote.

So??? Doing a story on white voters who still like Trump regardless of how badly he’s screwing them highlights the stupidity of the Trump voter. The NY Times and The Washington Post have been doing a spectacular job calling out Trump and his cohorts.
And Chris Matthews’ Trump Watch takes him down every night.
Your problem seems to be RWNJ in reverse: it’s not enough that these folks report accurately and call BS; you want them to carry water for the Democrats like Hannity does for Trump. I don’t because it’s not necessary. There’s no need to lie. As long as they tell the truth about this White House, that’s bad enough.

President Trump’s defenders seized on those reports as evidence that the Obama administration, led by Rice, was spying on the Trump transition team for political purposes.
The idea that they are still pushing this blatant lie is disgusting and dangerous. The Republicans need to muster up some courage and kill it.

Of the last five Presidential elections Republican’s have won the Popular Vote once, yet they have taken the White House three times. So no this isn’t the first time that has happened nor is it even the first in a long time. In fact the Republican losing the Popular Vote has won 40% of the Presidential elections this century so far.
