Not to be a Pollyanna but Huckabee’s argument sounds technically like a counterargument, actually, that he’d make against people telling him Trump’s a mess. Now, I’ve heard many troubled Trump supporters say roughly similar things, like “He’s rough around the edges” or they “wish he’d stick to the issues.” Still, it’s interesting he would say this.
