How in the hell are we ever going to drain this fever swamp…with Faux News, WorldNutDaily, and nut job radio working overtime to generate and perpetuate this bullshit?

I’d love to be able to laugh at it…but the problem is, the whack jobs who believe this stuff VOTE, and we’ve all seen what they elect (in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Texas, etc.) The GOP undermines public education at every opportunity–because as Tony Kushner has pointed out, an educated electorate is NOT in the GOP’s best interests. And the GOP is also working overtime to prevent college students and minorities from voting.I hate to be a pessimist, but damned if I can see any way this situation is going to improve.
