Discussion: SUBJECT: We Can IMPEACH Hillary

Is this “late-impeachment” or “pre-impeachment?”

And just because he was able to pass the training does not automatically make him an effective Navy Seal.

Please, Br’er Republican. Please don’t throw Hillary in the Impeachment patch.

Bill Clinton was never more popular than when the crybabies in the House impeached him. If the lunatic fringe in DC even says the “I” word a single time, it will all but guarantee a landslide victory for the first female president.

Impeach her from what?

He sounds like a Rand Paul kind of guy.

It only takes a minute’s read-through of Wikipedia to cut away the sanctimonious argle-bargle about “late impeachment”-- Belknap resigned on the day he was impeached, as opposed to this instance where we’re talking about a potential event three years after Clinton’s resignation (and, really, it sounds like what Capt. Bailey really wants is more like a bill of attainder). But I think they’re counting on the fact that anyone who sees a euphonious name like “J. Proctor Knott” discoursing on “great objects” will feel that they surely must be lining up on the side of the Founders and the angels… and thus a torrent of blast faxes shall go forth.

I loled when I read this email.

This reply was written by a former Sergeant of Marines.

And yet all members of our military services swear an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States. . . [and to] bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” One would think that that in doing so, one would have at least some sense of what they were committing themselves to defend and bear true faith to.

I’m really looking forward to this new TPM feature! Should be some good stuff. Nice job, y’all!

Kind of an Aunt Bea baroque signature…

Yes, there is a huge racial element in the right wing lunacy regarding President Obama but these wackos are so much more than just racists and bigots.
In fact, racism may be one of the more sane things that right-wingers do. When they come down from the conspiracy and hateful highs, they do racism as their balance.
Hillary just brings out there mysoginistic virtues.

It’s just TAP entrepreneurially expressing themselves.

I’ve been on several RWNJ feeds, some going back to 2006. If you feel uncomfortable with posting on those places (you’ll be attacked, hard and in volume) or giving them one of your email addresses, you can always let some watchdog org’s website (like RightWing News, and there are others) do the sorting thru the landfill refuse for you. IMO it’s not merely academically educational, it’s both comforting and useful to know that conservative political advocacy groups are so heavily commercial in their motivations and premises. It’s like attending a meeting of the local municipal or county Republican partyand as you walk in seeing them all put on their clown noses; it’s so much dressing up and trekkery!

We’re supposed to believe his family hasn’t been Republican going back to Herbert Hoover.

“Late Impeachment” is unconstitutional. By definition, impeachment means the process of removal from office. If one is no longer occupying the office, then there can be no removal.

Besides, if the Republicans are dumb enough to go down that road, the minute the Democrats gain a majority their first order of business will be to impeach Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush, and a nice long list of Right Wing Idols.

And yet, so many people swear their faith to the bible and they don’t know what it says either.

Capt. Bailey, USN, Ret. is a real person

He’s 78 years old.

From what detail I could find he’s been a fanatical “True Patriot” since 1957-ish.

He was also a Swift Boater attack dog. "President of the Vietnam Veterans for the Truth and architect of the ‘Kerry Lied’ Three of his great-grandfathers fought for the Confederacy.

Foreign Policy’s Josh Rogin found out. “I have to admit that I’m a Birther,” Bailey told Rogin. “If there were a jury of 12 good men and women and the evidence were placed before them, there would be absolutely no question Barack Obama was not born where he said he was and is not who he says he is.”
