“I’ve got a thick book on impeachable offenses of the president,” resolution sponsor Allen Unruh told the Argus Leader."
I bet the “offenses” go all the way back to Obama not being born in America and Acorn.
I’ve got a thick book on impeachable offenses of the president…
That isn’t the only thick thing they have.
I guess they don’t remember what happened after Clinton was impeached.
yeah, especially right before an election.
Yes but the first offense on the list is Obama is black. No doubt about it.
- President’in while black
- Acorn
- Keynan Muslim Socialist Moumou
The Stupid is strong with that state.
Do they realize they have no powers to impeach at the national level?
Yeah, because, because the stock market was so high when he took office, and he launched so many more wars, and he got elected not by the popular FL vote in 2000, but by a stupid action of the Supreme Court, which is not legal in America… oh wait, that was the last guy!!!
Apparently, the only News channel to ever get to South Dakota in the last 8 years: Fox.
SO how many of those people there in SD ever graduated from high school?
We all do know that less than one million people, (out of 310 million in the USA) live in South Dakota? Yet they get as many Senators as the most populous state, California, with more than 10% of the US population, 37+ million in California, less than a million in South Dakota… is this fair?
This gives me a more nuanced view of Westerners—I didn’t know they could work themselves up into a hysterical tizzy over nothing. Didn’t seem very cowboy, somehow. Well, live and learn.
I’ll give them that; their resolution calls on the House of Representatives to initiate impeachment proceedings.
You do mean Mau Mau? I think Mou Mou is a Hawaiian dress …
Nope. (And I wouldn’t think so even if I didn’t live in California!)
Delegates voted 191-176 in favor of the resolution.
Apparently South Dakota republicans aren’t totally nutty.
Yep, lotsa discouraging words from SD. Maybe it’s an abnormal number of cloudy skys that depress them.
Boy it’s ugly to watch a once proud national party die …
What an image you’ve created!
Not stupid–they’re calling on the House to begin impeachment proceedings, which is where such proceedings would be initiated.
Also, that vote looks pretty close. Doesn’t seem everyone is happy with it.
It was the most important compromise agreed to at the Constitutional Convention. Without it, no United States of America, or certainly not in its present form.
Live with it; we all have for nearly 220 years!
