If you want this asshole…all I can say is, I send my thoughts and prayers your way too. Any improvement in your protection as citizens, by someone that thumbs his nose at the law, who’s in law enforcement himself, isn’t likely to come your way anytime soon. He swears allegiance to something far outside your understanding or frame of reference. You can count on that.

I sincerely hope the local media is reporting on this stuff. This guy is a terrible person, and shouldn’t be in any sort of position of power. While he didn’t participate in the killings, he and the batshit ideology he promotes most likely played some part in what drove the killer to horde guns and then wound and/or kill dozens of innocent people.

That’s a very good point. If I were mourning the loss of a child and I found out my sheriff, the person investigating my child’s death, had done this to other families going through the hell I’m experiencing I’d want his head on a pike.
