Sessions Orders Review Of FBI Inaction On Tip About Suspected Florida Shooter
But heâs still cool with Chiselinâ Trumpâs inaction on Congressâs mandated Russia sanctions.
There are thousands of young men who own assault rifles and have menacing social media profiles and/or links to white supremacist militias and/or a history of psychological instability. They wouldnât own an assault rifle otherwise. How the fuck is the FBI supposed act on all of them?
Hereâs what is feasible: a ban on assault weapons and a crackdown on white supremacist groups like the one the Parkland Trumpist belonged to.
What about Florida law enforcement? The guy was going aound telling people that he was a school shooter. Some folks their need to lose their jobs too.
I donât disagree with the need to review what happened per follow up on that tip.
I am concerned that it gets picked up by two groups for the wrong reasons: 1) the pro-trump âfire Wrayâ Nunes types, and 2) the local state level pols (like Scott) using this cry to redirect discussions away from actions taken to weaken gun laws in the state - especially any efforts that happened between the Pulse shooting and this one.
Yep, blame everything but a âguns for everyoneâ culture perpetuated by the NRA and their GOP whores.
Lil Jeffy lookinâ busy.
Leave it to the elf on a shelf to continually strive for a new low
Actually it appears to have been one person (or 2 or 3) in a small State office, who missed the boat, did not pass the info on to the actual FBI. Be interesting to know who those person/people are, sans a witch-hunt of course.
But we donât yet know how Hillary got them there to facilitate this false flag operation
Thatâs what the Republicans do - every time. Find a fall guy when the clear problem is the abundance of these type of weapons in our society. This time itâs the FBI. Another time itâs mental illness or Muslims or immigrants or or something elseâŚanything else. Anything except the elephant in the room.
Itâs clear the FBI could have done better, but itâs an impossible task to track every idiot out there with a weapon and a grudge. Especially with Trump actively supporting the haters out there.
If only we still had Black Panthers we could solve this gun problem in a jiffy. CA has had some of the strongest gun laws for 50 years, thanks to the Panthers (legally) brandishing rifles in marches on Sacramento, resulting in gun laws signed by Gov. Reagan PDQ. Now if they would just march on the next NRA convention.
Letâs hold our breath to see how long it takes to initiate actions against election meddling.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Friday said he would conduct a review
of the FBIâs failure to investigate a tip it received in January warning
the bureau about the behavior of the 19-year-old charged with killing
17 people in a Florida school shooting Wednesday.
âŚ
How about a review of the civilian possession of assault rifles.???
None of this deflection will stop/slow the Mueller investigation.
Inadvisable, for health reasons. You would be holding your breath for a very long time.
itâs an impossible task to track every idiot out there
Also the YouTube comments section is essentially the Mos Eisley spaceport cantina of Internet commentary.

I doubt anyone is asking why the FBI isnât tracking âevery idiot out there,â or why it hasnât acted on âall of them.â
I think itâs reasonable to ask why no one followed up on this particular tip about this particular kid. For example, are there so many such tips in Florida that many of them receive no attention?
Hereâs what is feasible: a ban on assault weapons and a crackdown on white supremacist groups like the one the Parkland Trumpist belonged to.
That assault weapons are still readily available is worse than a disgrace. You think a ban is âfeasibleâ with Republican control of Congress?
In response, FBI orders review of Sessionsâ inaction on literally everything else.
This is the very least he could do.
Based on what I am seeing online, I donât think Americaâs young people are going to buy âthoughts and prayers.â The NRA is beginning to take some real heat.
