Actually, I much prefer the suggestion of the unknown GOP Senator who wanted to fold it into the tax bill. I don’t see how that could possibly complicate things.
“Bipartisan”, that word doesn’t mean what you thinks it means.
(As I typed this, it just occurred to me - maybe they’re afraid of bipartisan cooperation because they think that it has something to do with “those icky bi people” their pastors keep warning them about? I mean really, how much more change can we expect these poor snowflakes to endure?)
I am now popping corn and breathlessly waiting for these losers to attach this millstone to their “help the rich get richer” tax bill.
Before we do any happy dances, you can bet this bill will be back next year and we’ll go through this all over again.

What McConnell did was save a bunch of Republicans from having to choose between party loyalty and a total turd of a bill. Smart on his part.

Well we can rest for a couple of weeks on this issue, but looking at the past its been over 70 attempts. It will not end untill there is no longer a GOP.
