Discussion for article #232575

Marco Rubio is the candidate they most want to buy. That’s just rich (pun intended).

All the money in the world and Marco Rubio is the best they can buy? Day–ummmmm.

They have billions of dollars but are too stupid to know that they aren’t going to win a state that Romney lost with a far right wing candidate.

And so Rubio can now make his house of straw and fill it with straw men. And put a straw into his water bottle. Big deal.

If THIS is what the 1% really believes will win the WH, then Dems don’t have much to worry about. At all. There are some in FL who believe that even his Senate seat is in jeopardy.

I was thinking they should run Bradley Cooper, since people think he’s Chris Kyle, and that Kyle is awesome. But no word if Bradley Cooper is a republican.

Alice Cooper is tho. So maybe they’ll tap him.

How many of the Kochs’ seventeen political organizations are tax-exempt “educational” groups?

Well, it makes sense that they want the dumbest of the bunch—not the craziest,
just the dumbest.

No doubt. That’s some pretty shoddy reporting, too…you can’t even find out everyone that was on the “ballot”? Cruz was on it, but they don’t know how he fared?

I can tell you two candidates that were definitely not in the poll, and one that probably wasn’t. Bush and Romney were not on it, and Walker probably wasn’t. Its part of the same reason Bush and Romney skipped the Iowa Freedumb Summit. To create the perception of two tiers of candidates. The “real” ones like them, and the also rans that include everyone else.

The Koch’s and they’re cronies have seen that Rubio has the “flexibility” they want. He was a big sponsor of immigration reform… until the crazy base pushed back. He’s wobbled on Common Core, and hedged on everything else. Rubio is like a rubber ball - he’ll roll in whatever direction he’s pushed.

From now on, the republicant policy is to do the opposite of what they think they should do. Just like George Castanza. There is method to their madness.

All kidding aside, this is bye bye Marco. After all, he’s the biggest threat to Jebbie.

Actually, this was probably done and released to the press (sort of) to embellish Rubio’s credentials as a VP nominee. Though I think his chances at even that diminish greatly if Bush is the nominee.

Barring a Bush nomination, Rubio is a pretty easy sell as a VP. He is from Florida and he is Hispanic. Of course, he is a Cuban American, which doesn’t help at all with rest of the Hispanics (the ones that tend to vote Democrat), but I doubt rest of the GOP field can figure that one out. Brown skin and name with lots of vowels…that’s good enough for them.

You better watch out, Marco H-2-0

Randy P’s got a shot gun for drone protection…

‘flexibility’

i.e. Open Mouth…Insert Koch

This is as much about the Kocks ego and them saying that they have the power to elect the President as anything. They don’t in fact have that power because their dumber than they are rich and by backing Rubio, they prove it.
Give Rubio a billion dollars and you have a wealthy loser.
The billion dollars would be spent much wiser helping the nation’s neediest but that is just a false flag that the Kocks fly.

Straw polls elect no one, in fact it is just about a death blow to win them. Considering the fact that Rubio is already a dead man walking, this poll’s only worth is to show the Kock gut.

They already bought him. This means he’s received this new year’s “Least Buyer Remorse Man” award - the coveted LeBerMan.
